哩個旅程唔錯，雖然3日都落雨，但係都玩得好開心，動物園D動物都養得好靚，最深刻係長頸鹿同一隻絕貧的犀牛，真係好靚，好想衝落去摸下，2歲的女兒都玩得好開心，餵長頸鹿食菜餵到唔肯走，蒸汽火車同纜車都必定要坐，纜車可以睇到個好綠的湖，風景唔錯，酒店的房間都乾淨，但是裡面的電話打去客服話說是只能ai，但全部都係直接轉去人工客服，早餐個人覺得好難食同貴，所以俾佐20蚊搭車出去食腸粉，自助晚餐已經俾早餐嚇到唔敢食，都係搭的士去佐D評論話好好食的餐廳，其中瓦煲雞真係好好味，這個旅程都係值得去，睇到小朋友玩得咁開心，真係乜都抵

暑假又撞正8號波去酒店，好彩係任玩套票，好晏去到check in仲免費升級長頸鹿房，房大又新，好舒服.check in完另自費食自助晚餐，都多選擇味道幾好！抖陣再去温泉樂園，好岩大人小朋友，好多不同既池，浸完都幾舒服。第二日入森林王國，一早入唔多人，上午天氣還可以，入園大約10:30左右記得先約小火車，坐係上邊有好多動物睇。仲有不同既自費餵食動物，好似餵長頸鹿同猿猴仔等等都好有趣，機動遊戲都唔使點排隊，小朋友玩左好多次！仲有不同既表演睇，如孖寶劇場，表演好多互動位同好有心思，而且工作人員好有禮貌！但因為落雨時間都多，任玩3日都未去哂所有地方，期待未來有更多地方開放再來玩！整體來講套票性價比好高！

酒店房間兩張queen size bed, 亦設有小朋友洗手盆和凳仔，房間設計貼心，唯一係枕頭非常之扁。 森林王國暑假都唔算多人，設施並不需要排長龍。蒸氣火車10:30開始預約，10分推薦。狂野卡車可以近距離投餵五種唔同嘅動物，包括長頸鹿，大嘴鳥，斑馬，大象，場面非常震撼。神樹樂園playroom 酒店住客 $78人民幣一天，非常抵玩，設施設計也很不錯，小朋友玩得非常開心。自助早餐選擇很多， 8:30前人比較少。溫泉樂園滑梯也很不錯，五至10歲的小朋友玩得很開心。

With the summer holidays starting and my husband's birthday, our family of three decided to visit Chimelong Qingyuan🥳🤗. The park's design is new, and the overall feel is quite good. We purchased a package through Klook for a three-day, two-night stay with unlimited access to both parks; compared to other platforms, the price was the most favorable. We also added an extra day of hotel breakfast through Klook. The buffet breakfast at the Castle Hotel was excellent, with many different food choices and good taste. It's worth mentioning that the Hot Spring Water Park is suitable for those who enjoy hot springs, and the Forest Park also has many African animals to see. However, perhaps because the park is still expanding, there aren't many large, thrilling rides or traditional Chimelong shows yet; it's mainly suitable for young and middle-aged children. If the park expands further in the future, we will definitely come back to play again, as there are also many facilities within the hotel, such as a large playhouse. We will visit again😃

I personally love hot springs, so I found it quite good, and the children also loved the zoo. There are also amusement rides suitable for children inside. It's very convenient to stay and play within the hotel premises. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options; the buffet is relatively good and has many choices. The zoo closes at 6 PM, while the hotel's hot springs, games, and restaurants are open until 10 PM. Breakfast and Dinner: The buffet has a lot of food. Lunch is eaten inside the park. Hotel Location: Chimelong Hotel Qingyuan / Hot Springs / Chimelong Safari Park Qingyuan Cleanliness: Five stars Transportation Convenience: Point-to-point by bus. Service: Four stars. It's very inconvenient at night, as even convenience stores close at 10 PM.

That was an amazing trip! The zoo was huge with lots of animals! You could feed the animals by paying at the counter next to each area! I like the steam train most as you could sit and view many animals without walking!

The Island-wide China-Hong Kong Express bus goes directly to the hotel entrance, making the journey much more convenient. The hotel is large and very new, and the staff are warm and polite. It happened to be the Buddha's Birthday holiday, so 80-90% of the guests were from Hong Kong. Meituan delivery usually requires a minimum order of 100 or a 20 delivery fee, and you have to wait an hour. The hotel itself has restaurants and a food street, but the prices are high, the taste is average, and there aren't many choices. The Forest Kingdom is vast, and you'll get tired walking, so you can rent an electric sightseeing cart. There aren't many rides, but you can see many animals, big and small. The Hot Spring Paradise has many outdoor hot spring pools, most of which have shade. The water play pools, however, are exposed to the sun all day. There's a huge ball pit in the hotel's basement, which costs an additional 78 for a full day of play. Overall, the three-day trip was excellent and suitable for family travel, especially for children under 12.

This time, we stayed at the Giraffe Castle Hotel for two days and one night with our children. The family room was spacious, and the special bus bunk beds were a hit with the kids, but the room walls were a bit dirty with some stains. The room offered animal views, but we checked in at 12 PM and didn't get our room until nearly 5 PM, so we couldn't see the giraffes then. The next day, at check-out, we only saw zebras. The family room included access to the hot spring park, but the hot spring and pool area only opened at 10 AM, and we had to check out at 11 AM. After swimming, there wasn't enough time to go back to the room to shower and change, so we had to carry our luggage in and out, which was quite inconvenient. However, both the hot spring and pool areas were clean, tidy, and fun. As for the Forest Kingdom park, most areas are open-air, and the exhibition halls are small and scattered, making it quite tiring to visit in the summer. We recommend renting an electric car for getting around. The steam train experience was unique and special; along the way, we saw various wild animals, and the guide's commentary was lively and interesting. It was the highlight of the entire trip, and the children loved it.

We went for the Easter holiday, played for three days and two nights, stayed in a hotel for two nights, and it only cost less than $2000 for a family of three, including tickets to the zoo, hot spring park for three days… It was a great deal. As soon as we arrived, we could drop off our luggage and head to the zoo, where we saw many animals up close. There were also amusement rides, a mini-train to see animals, etc. After watching the parade, we returned to the hotel to check in. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It happened to be a room facing the pool, which was very convenient for going to the pool. Since we didn't need the hotel to clean the room, we could get a complimentary dish from the restaurant. We chose the Thai restaurant, and they gave us a children's meal, which our daughter loved. The food tasted very good. On the second day, we played at the zoo for a while, then went swimming in the pool. The pool was very large with many different pools, so even with many people, it didn't feel crowded. There were also warm pools and splash pools… and the hot spring park also had animals. In the evening, we took a car out for dinner and had sauna chicken, which was also delicious. On the third day, we checked out and went back to the zoo to take photos and feed the animals. Our daughter was very happy, and our whole family had a great time these three days. The zoo is very large, with many animals to see and many amusement rides, which will definitely satisfy children. The pool is also very large. The only drawback is that Meituan (delivery service) cannot deliver here; you have to pick up food outside. You can only eat at the hotel restaurant or take a car out for dinner, as the surroundings are relatively remote. The hotel facilities and the park close very early, and the gym also closes early, at 10 PM. Basically, after playing at the hot spring park, there's no chance to go to the gym. It would be great if the gym could stay open longer.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel, it's especially suitable for families! The hotel is large and new, with plenty of space. Besides the themed zoo, there's also a hot spring park, a large water park, a large indoor children's play area, and an arcade (Klook orders get 5 tokens). Both adults and children will have so much fun they won't want to leave... In fact, two days and three nights aren't enough time to experience everything! Unlike other zoos, the best part is being able to feed cute animals like giraffes, alpacas, Australian kangaroos 🦘, and capybaras up close! After entering the park, remember to book the mini-train online to see various large animals! Chimelong Qingyuan is truly excellent and well worth a visit... Highly recommended! 👍👍😍😍
