Mr. Jeorge was an amazing tour guide – knowledgeable, very friendly, and even talented in taking photos. The tour from the Netherlands to Germany was truly worth it, such a beautiful place to visit. Highly recommended! Amigo Tours has been excellent so far, and three of my tours have been with them already.

Pity, the package mentions Cologne AND Antwerp but due to last minute changes we only went to Cologne - hope they can amend this to prevent further misunderstandings. We only went to a small part where the cathedral is, so the itinerary was very minimal. The tour guide on the otherhand was very knowledgeable and nice.

We arrived at the meeting point at 7:30 AM that day, but by 8:00 AM, we still hadn't seen the Aimgo travel guide or bus! At 7:59 AM, I contacted customer service, and at 8:02 AM, I got through. The first thing they did was question if we were late, asking for proof that we arrived on time. I countered by asking if they could provide proof that the tour departed. She replied that she wasn't questioning us or unwilling to help, but merely needed to confirm we had indeed arrived on time, and that they couldn't contact the local travel agency at that moment. I provided them with a photo of the pier taken at sunrise (thankfully, I had taken a picture of the pier). She replied that she would get back to me within 24 hours with an update and told me not to wait online. An hour later, I inquired again and was connected with a customer service representative with a much better attitude. They informed me that I would have to wait 2 days to know the outcome. Within an hour, the waiting time for a reply went from 1 day to 2 days; this efficiency is astonishing. I explained that a guide from another travel agency that day kindly helped us confirm that he hadn't seen any Aimgo guides or buses and that he saw Aimgo had canceled today's Coron tour. I questioned why Klook needed so long to confirm information that other local guides could ascertain immediately. I reiterated that we had not received any cancellation notice or change of meeting point notice prior to this. I have used Klook many times to book tours (I am already a Gold member), and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It makes me a bit worried about Klook, because they are quick to take money, but the refund speed is incredibly slow, and their attitude towards handling issues is very poor! I advise everyone to take photos as evidence when arriving early at the meeting point, to avoid being questioned by Klook if problems arise. My trip was ruined, and I also had to deal with their handling attitude, which made my mood even worse. (I don't even want to give one star, but I have to give one star to leave a review.)
