It was very relaxing, and I fell asleep many times in between. However, it would be even better if the ear-cleaning session could be a little longer. Overall, the experience was very relaxing. I recommend it to anyone looking to unwind!

It was my first time trying ear candling, and I found it novel but also a bit nervous and scared. The staff member was very gentle and comforting, and I even accidentally fell asleep.

One staff member spent about two and a half hours providing a full service that included foot care and massage, head shampoo, massage, and treatment, as well as drying and hair ironing. The price remained the same as when I booked, with no upselling for upgrades. Additionally, when I left the salon, they gave me a free scalp spray to use when blow-drying. Thanks to the gentle staff's massage and the cat, my travel fatigue was cured.

The Vietnamese hair salon has a clean and comfortable environment, and is very child-friendly, so bringing children won't be stressful. The technicians are professional and provide meticulous service, making for a good overall experience. The only minor inconvenience is that parking spaces nearby are difficult to find, so it's recommended to allow extra time to search for parking. Overall, it's still a highly recommended establishment.

The technician I had this time was Mimi, and I chose the classic package. The service was excellent; she explained every step, which was very thoughtful. I've been to many massage and hair wash places, and even experienced them in Vietnam, but this was truly comfortable. The environment was very relaxing. It's a shame I didn't get to see the shop's cat, haha.

Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: some of the facilities seem a bit older, and one of the foot spa machines was out of order. The restroom could also use a little more attention.
