Gabungan taman hiburan dan zoo dalam satu taman yang besar dan sangat berbukit. Bersedia untuk berjalan, banyak. Este paquete de 2 días realmente vale la pena si tú y tus compañeros de viaje quieren experimentar ambos parques temáticos. Los guías TJ y Dennis fueron muy amables y la recogida fue puntual. El traslado a Everland desde Seúl fue muy agradable. Las instrucciones son claras y no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada mientras estábamos con este paquete. La comunicación con los guías es fácil y comprensible, así que no hay nada de qué estresarse. Muchas gracias a TJ y Dennis por cuidar nuestros viajes a los parques temáticos. 🎉

I love theme parks so this worked perfectly for me and great value for money. Please be aware of the terms and conditions for getting your tickets especially for Lotte world and you won’t be getting in that park till approx 12pm due to a compulsory duty free stop, no need to buy anything though. Highly recommend as long as it fits in your itinerary. Your guides would contact a day before with any updates or send a reminder on the meet up location and time. TJ was our driver to Everland and Dennis was our guide for Lotte. Both very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time at both parks just be prepared to queue up, I’ll be sure to book again when I take my family to Korea.

Bob is the best. He is so kind and provides great service. I highly recommend booking this tour as it's a very convenient way to go to Everland. I enjoyed it a lot with my son. Everland is like a mixture of Sentosa, Universal Studios, and Disneyland. It has a zoo and rides at the same time. The panda is super cute! There are also Sanrio characters, and the food is surprisingly not that expensive for a theme park. This is a must when going to South Korea to experience their version of a theme park.

The entire trip was well coordinated by the guide. We received updates and reminders the day before, and the bus was on time. The guide remained in the park throughout to provide assistance whenever necessary. A very smooth trip.

Mr. Bob Choi provided an excellent tour. We were fortunate to be the only two participants on the first day of the Everland tour. He was very engaging in conversations, sharing insights into the history of Korea and the Samsung group. We were able to start early when heading to Everland, and when it was time to leave for the hotel, he was already waiting outside before our scheduled time. We truly appreciate this wonderful guide.

The person in charge is different, so I'll discuss it in two parts. Both theme parks are child-friendly, but there are some attractions that young children cannot ride (due to ride design). If you choose Chinese, the Korean staff who speak Chinese will generally ensure smooth communication. The guides/drivers for both days will not accompany you into the parks. On the second day, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Lotte World. Day 1 Everland For transportation to and from Everland, Mr. Kim was our driver. Mr. Kim was punctual and tried to arrive as early as possible. I arrived at Myeongdong Subway Station early but couldn't find Exit 1 to the parking lot. Mr. Kim proactively offered to pick me up at Exit 2. In the evening, I chose to return at 9 PM, but I wanted to leave after watching the parade around 8 PM. Mr. Kim also proactively contacted me and said we could leave earlier. The pick-up location for the return trip was a bit difficult to find; it was easy to mistakenly go to the parking lot or bus stop. It was actually on the lawn in front of the bus stop, down the road from the CU convenience store. It's important to remember the pick-up location during the day, otherwise, it will be troublesome to find at night. Mr. Kim also proactively stated that he wasn't very familiar with Everland and gestured for me to check the instructions sent via Chat in KTOURSTORY. Mr. Kim also provided two printed small photos and a face mask. There was also a 10,000 Korean Won Lotte Duty-Free coupon and a KTOURSTORY discount coupon. Note: Some attractions may be closed. This month, Safari World and some other attractions are undergoing renovation. Everland's app and Smart Queue system are not very user-friendly for foreigners. Signs in the park are mainly in Korean. It is recommended to know some Korean to better navigate and check the app for open facilities on the day of your visit. This is not an issue with the travel agency. Day 2 Lotte World & Aquarium Itinerary: 2 hours of shopping, Aquarium, Lotte World This seems to be handled by a different travel agency. You are free to decide whether to go to the aquarium or Lotte World first, but visitors will first be directed to the 8th and 9th floors to browse the duty-free shops. After meeting at the mall, you will first familiarize yourself with the mall's layout, then go up to the service desk on the 9th floor. The guide will help collect tickets and Lotte Duty-Free discount coupons. After shopping, you will meet again at 12 PM. The guide will take visitors to the entrance of Lotte World/Aquarium/Lotte World Tower, depending on the attraction chosen by the visitor. Dennis was very knowledgeable about Lotte Mall and also recommended other Seoul attractions. His explanations in Chinese and English were easy to understand. On that day, the aquarium closed earlier than Lotte World. Lotte Aquarium is more geared towards local Koreans, and some experiential activities are only for Koreans or limited to children. Activity reservations are also only available on Korean websites, and it may not be possible to pay and try them on-site. Although Lotte World mainly features thrill rides, even if you're not keen on them, you can rent a uniform to take photos, and there are also some more relaxed rides.

The deal is good as it offers tickets to both parks, Everland and Lotte World. However, the guide needs to be more pleasant. The guide for Everland seems new and needs to improve their communication skills. They appear to be new as they don't know where to buy the tickets. They need more experience. For the second day, the guide, though knowledgeable, needs to be more enthusiastic. There is an assistant who seems to be learning and doesn't speak at all. Everland is a good theme park (with a zoo and rides together) with Sanrio friend events during our stay. Lotte World is a big indoor theme park and is nicely located within the Lotte World complex.
