It was a red-eye flight that day. We arrived in Korea just after 6 AM. After collecting our luggage at 7:20 AM, we took it directly to the third floor for shipping, which was super convenient. Once the luggage was shipped, our hands were free. We leisurely went to the cafe across the street to eat and drink coffee.

I showed the QR code, but it wasn't scanned anywhere; they just verbally confirmed my name and destination (hotel) before taking my luggage. When I checked into the hotel after 7 PM, my luggage was already available for pickup. I had informed the hotel via DM that my luggage would arrive before I checked in, so they were aware, and everything went smoothly. I was able to start sightseeing immediately, which was very convenient! I would like to use this service again.

No need to drag your suitcase around or search for lockers along the way. You can check into your guesthouse after dinner. This is my third time using your service! I usually use the hotel to airport service, but this time I booked hotel to hotel. As a result, I was able to go from Nampo-dong to Haeundae, making stops along the way, without having to carry my luggage! I booked a luggage delivery service from the airport to the hotel through the platform. After exiting customs, I took the escalator up to the 3rd floor, walked left and then turned right, and I saw the counter. The staff were very friendly. I was supposed to upload photos to the link they provided to use the service, but since the link they gave me didn't allow photo uploads, I just showed the photos directly to the counter staff, and they said it was okay, so we started our itinerary! I will definitely use this super convenient service again next time!
