We had a great experience with the Copenhagen Hop-On Hop-Off Bus and Boat Tour—an easy and convenient way to explore the city on our first visit. The bus covered major attractions, and hopping on and off made sightseeing flexible. The audio commentary was informative and gave good insight into Copenhagen’s history and landmarks. The boat tour was the highlight. Seeing the city from the water was relaxing and scenic, offering a fresh perspective of the canals and waterfront buildings. Everything was well organised, easy to access, and good value since it combined land and water tours in one ticket. I’d highly recommend it, especially for first-time visitors who want a relaxed way to see the main sights without too much walking. Overall, a fun and memorable way to discover Copenhagen. 🇩🇰❤️

City attractions are all within walking distance, which is faster than waiting for a bus. There are three different sightseeing bus companies, but all their buses are red, making them incredibly difficult to distinguish, and many people flag down the wrong one. For the boat tour, you still need to queue to exchange your ticket for a physical one; QR codes are not accepted.

Aunque el paseo en barco fue divertido… es muy DIFÍCIL encontrar el barco. Recorrí Nyhavn con personas mayores y un niño buscando el barco, pero no pude. Por favor, pongan el NOMBRE ESPECÍFICO DE LA COMPAÑÍA DE BARCOS. No solo pongan "en Nyhavn cerca de la parada de autobús número 8". BUSQUEN ESTE CARTEL. Frente al edificio amarillo con "NYHAVN" en rojo.

I didn't notice there was no option to select a reservation date; it turns out it's for immediate use. As a result, I couldn't change the time or get a refund since I haven't arrived in Copenhagen yet. This is the first time I've encountered such a product... contacting customer service was also useless. I won't buy this product again in the future.
