They send you a text a day before the tour. Pick up from the hotel was smooth. Guide was really nice and she recommended good photo spots and less crowded spots to view the sunrise, even took really nice photos for us and she of course explained to us the history of the place well with good english. Driver was good too, gave us cold water to drink after every temple visit as it was very hot after the sunrise. It can be a bit tiring as there’s a lot to see in the area and because the temple is old, there’s a lot of steep stairs and uneven ground to walk on, so do take note and communicate with your guide where you’d like to go. We were dropped for a breakfast place in the Angkor Wat area before continuing on to the other temples and they dropped us off at a requested location in the city.

Da was very professional and familiar with the routes, bringing us to the various temples avoiding the touristy crowds. He was also great at pointing out the best photo spot and catching the right timing of the sun. Very knowledgeable about the temples.

This is my second temple tour, and we all enjoyed it! Our tour guide made sure to explain and answer all our questions.

The overall itinerary was well planned, giving us enough time to explore each temple. The vehicle provided — a comfortable Starex — was ideal for our group of six, and we appreciated the cold water on a hot day. However, our experience was let down by the tour guide. Unfortunately, Radi’s limited English made it difficult to understand the history and stories behind Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. We found ourselves learning more from the information boards and other guides nearby. Apart from taking a few group photos at popular spots, he didn’t offer much help with photography — another guide actually took our best group picture. A knowledgeable and engaging guide can truly shape the tour experience, and I hope better training can be provided to improve future tours.

The guide was excellent with thorough explanations! I participated alone again, but the other participants were also wonderful people, and I'm extremely satisfied!

The guide's service was excellent, and we were able to efficiently visit places that would have been difficult to navigate on our own, all within about four hours.
