예약 후 별도 안내가 바로 오는 줄 알았는데 제가 먼저 연락해서 픽업이나 일정 관련 내용을 확인했어요. 큰 문제는 없었지만, 먼저 안내가 왔으면 더 편했을 것 같아서 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다! 그래도 가이드님은 한국어를 정말 잘하셔서 이동하면서도 편하게 설명을 들을 수 있었고, 각 관광 스팟에 대한 설명도 자세하게 해주셨어요 😊 나트랑 날씨가 꽤 더웠는데 중간중간 시원하게 쉴 수 있는 장소도 알려주셔서 배려받는 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 저는 13시 타임으로 진행했는데, 나트랑 성당 운영시간을 고려해서 동선을 유연하게 조정해주신 점도 좋았어요. 상황에 맞게 일정을 변경해주셔서 훨씬 효율적으로 둘러볼 수 있었습니다! 다만 Do Theatre Nha Trang 방문 당시에는 내부 시설이 오픈되어 있지 않아서 안까지 관람하지 못했던 부분은 조금 아쉬웠어요. 외부만 둘러본 느낌이라 기대했던 것보다는 살짝 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 그리고 개인적으로 가장 감사했던 건 투어가 끝난 이후에도 마사지샵, 과일 가게, 저녁식당 등을 추천해주셨던 부분이에요! 현지에서 어디를 가야 할지 고민이 많았는데 덕분에 남은 일정도 훨씬 편하고 만족스럽게 보낼 수 있었습니다 🙌

After booking the tour, I was promptly informed that there were no participants for that date and time, so I took a private tour of Nha Trang. Our guide, Benny, used a very comfortable taxi for our transfers and provided a lot of interesting information even before we arrived at our destinations. The traditions and religious customs were especially important when visiting the Po Nagar Cham Towers: there were many nuances to show respect, but I did everything correctly and even caught the signal of a priest who understood that I was not just a tourist, but someone who knew why I had entered the tower. The overall impression is very good; it was great to see the city from all sides. I thought we hadn't explored much, but now, a day later, I realize we covered all the main attractions, and if there had been more, we would have died from the heat. I recommend it!

I wanted them to use their imagination to understand why I chose a private tour. Perhaps they are inexperienced because they are still young. There was a lot of wasted time. I think they needed to meticulously plan the itinerary from start to finish to ensure it would be completed within the time limit. From the time of pickup, I had to walk around the hotel looking for the guide. A car had not been arranged, and we had to call for one every time we moved, which meant a considerable wait. This was especially true for the cathedral, which I most wanted to see. The first time we went, we were told that foreign tourists could only enter after 10:30 AM. The second time, it was lunchtime, and we couldn't enter until after 2:00 PM. It was very disappointing that I couldn't get in despite going twice. I wish the guide had checked this beforehand. I don't think the content was worth the high price. However, I am very grateful that they made time for me, given that I booked the night before.
