I changed into the costume and paid an additional 88 RMB for basic makeup and a hairstyle. We had fun playing old-school games before the dinner banquet. The majority of the food was good (especially the soup, fish, and beef). The performance was excellent. The performers interacted with the guests. You really need to experience it for yourself.

It was a fun experience! There were interactive games before dinner and everyone had fun playing (or gambling, haha). You can also customize a scent pouch! The food was delicious, I really enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend people to come and be a part of the experience!

I absolutely loved this experience! It's hard to put into words the joy and delight I felt throughout the entire process. All I can say is that I highly recommend anyone visiting Suzhou to set aside some time to come to Wugong and experience the imperial banquet atmosphere. My friend and I arrived from quite a distance and were a bit rushed upon entry, fearing we wouldn't have enough time to fully enjoy the games and meal. However, the staff, all smiling, told me, "Don't worry, there's plenty of time," and efficiently helped us with our luggage, explained the rules, and arranged our entry. This allowed my anxious heart to slow down, and my mood brightened. The pre-meal games were very interesting; I highly recommend arriving early for makeup and hair! (For the lunch banquet, it's best to finish by 11:00 AM.) This way, you can take your time choosing clothes, getting beautifully made up, and then enjoy watching the staff enter. The meal itself was also a lot of fun, with actors interacting with everyone, and some lucky guests even getting chosen to receive small gifts! If you're outgoing, feel free to interact with the staff. If you're shy, you can still enjoy the immersive atmosphere, which is also wonderful, giving you the illusion of truly being an ancient person dining in the imperial palace, feeling quite grand. I originally wanted to book the dinner banquet, but I booked too late, and only the lunch slot was available. Later, I realized this was also great, because with the makeup and hair done, I could have a beautiful look for the entire afternoon and evening after the meal (the makeup artists were also super nice, polite yet sometimes spontaneously interactive, leading to happy laughter). Finally, after the experience, when my friend and I stayed to take photos, the emperor, after taking off his robe, even told us to take more pictures, to be happy, and not to rush off. Before leaving, we also saw the staff rehearsing or having a debriefing from a distance. In short, you could really feel their dedication to the performance and service; it didn't feel like a perfunctory event at all. Although the ticket price isn't very cheap, it includes food, entertainment, and atmosphere, and we felt it was well worth it!

You can choose your Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) at the same location for entry or photos. Arrive 2 hours early to play games that immerse you in ancient times. After the games, you'll proceed directly to the dinner banquet with singing and dancing performances. The experience of eating, drinking, and enjoying the show, just like in ancient times, is fantastic!!

The long-awaited banquet was really fun, and all the ladies were easy to get along with and beautiful. But when I came here, even introverts turned into extroverts! I'll definitely come back to experience it again next time, and I'll definitely try a different gentleman's outfit! Many of the dishes were delicious, but I really couldn't eat anymore.

Females who need makeup should arrive half an hour earlier. Coach: Before dinner at 6:30 PM, there are challenge games. Collect 200 taels to exchange for small gifts and cocktails. Experience: The challenge games can easily deplete your silver. You can find NPCs for quiz games to earn silver. For dining, it is recommended to purchase seats in the first row for the best viewing angle. During dinner, there are performances interspersed between each dish. After dinner, a small lucky bell is presented. The eunuch performers among the staff are the best, with first-class comedic talent.

The performances and activities were quite interesting, but the food was just average. Although a costume experience was included, the available outfits were rather unattractive. Better styles, as well as photography and makeup services, required additional payment. However, the photographer was very kind, took great pictures, and was also very funny. While the overall price was a bit high, I would still recommend it!

I had a great time! The banquet itself was wonderful. This package only includes the costume, so if you want makeup and hair-be prepared to pay extra onsite. Also, if you can’t speak Chinese (like me) the game is basically impossible. The staff were amazing, helping me through each round, but it was kind of a chore for both of us. it was fun to see all of the old games though. also, I didn’t understand any of the story throughout the banquet-but the performances were top tier-it was hard to eat. overall great one-time experience.
