The best ever experience @ San Francisco!!! Booking is very easy, cancellation and refund is hassle-free since I need to update my itinerary & rebooked again to another date, ferry ride is only a few minutes and very safe, tour inside the prison got audio guide which the guests can follow complete with history & trivia and in different languages, they even offer printed guide in different languages also, the entire island is very interesting to explore, all-in-all, highly recommended!!!

Boarding time was clear and punctual. The island tour included a Chinese explanation, which helped us understand the prison situation even better! The boat was spacious and sold food. This tour is highly recommended!

Don't buy tickets on Klook! It's twice the price compared to buying them directly at the Pier 33 counter. It's the exact same tour and experience. Save your money and just get your tickets at the pier. For the tour, all the staff are very nice.

An interesting and convenient package tour that saves a lot of queuing time. You can book it one day in advance, which is very convenient for those who are unsure about their itinerary.

You'll only receive the QR code on the day itself, so there's no need to worry. I'll prepare motion sickness medication for myself and the children beforehand. Everyone can use this as a reference.

This place is good for history lovers. There is a smell of bird droppings around, and it can become irritating sometimes.

The ferry tickets booked with the supplier's assistance might be for a different time than you selected. Please check your email for notifications the day before your trip. Many areas on Alcatraz are not open, preventing free exploration, which is a bit disappointing.

I purchased an audio guide and, after entering the app and inputting my reservation number, I was told there was no corresponding reservation. Giving up, I entered the venue, only to find that audio guides were being lent out to everyone free of charge. They were available in Japanese. I believe I was made to purchase an audio guide that didn't actually exist. I would like a refund. At the Musée d'Orsay, I was made to purchase one at my own expense. I think it's safer to just buy an admission ticket and purchase the guide on-site yourself.

Tickets purchased on-site were half the price of those bought through the app, even though it was for the same ferry crossing. There was no clear guidance for app bookings upon arrival. I am very disappointed with this experience.
