Akemi-san is a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable guide. Although there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate via a translation app. Akemi-san also prepared umbrellas for us as it rained most of the day.

Mr. Ogino (the Tour guide/Driver) is highly commendable for his work. He made sure that we were comfortable and that we were able to make the most out of our tour. I do not think it is possible to see the 10 statues and also purchase their respective miniature models without this tour package as some shops are not in the same place as the statues. I highly recommend this tour package and Mr. Ogino.

Mr. Yamakawa's service was impeccable; his professionalism and dedication to pleasing us were unparalleled, despite the language barrier, which the translator easily overcame. He was super punctual and helped us find the figures even though some had been moved. The van was very spacious and clean. Just be aware of the day you choose for your tour; in our case, we took the tour on a Monday, and the Chopper, Sanji, and Brook stores were closed, and these figures cannot be found elsewhere. The cost of the figures is: gold ¥2,200, colored ¥2,680, so prepare cash as not all places accept card payments.

I originally planned my trip for the 30th, but due to weather conditions, I asked if I could move it two days earlier since I couldn't cancel it, and they accommodated me. I had Ms. Mika Mori, and she was great. Even though there was a language barrier, she was very nice and made sure I had a great time.

Mr. Ogino is a class act and expert in this itinerary. He knew where to go for statues and where to buy the figures (because they aren’t the same place!) Remember to bring cash because not all figures can be bought with card. Don’t worry if you travel solo, Mr. Ogino is a fantastic photographer as well! This trip will be one of my lasting memories of Japan.

The driver was a Japanese lady who could only communicate in Japanese. We used Google Translate throughout our journey, but we had a pleasant conversation and the trip went smoothly. She drove very steadily, making us feel very safe, and she always checked in on how we were feeling and any situations that arose. The timing for photos, buying figures, and meals was perfectly arranged. I highly recommend this tour; it's very convenient to see all the One Piece statues and buy all the figures in one day.

The experience was incredible. My wife and I had a fantastic time in the city. Shout out to Runa, who was an amazing tour guide! She was always friendly, patient, and kind to us. 100% recommended!

Collecting all the statues in one day and immediately unlocking the achievement is still great, especially for some locations that don't have public transportation.

If you are a fan of One Piece, this is a must-do. Also, if you're taking the day tour, stay an extra day in Kumamoto; the place is wonderful. Akami, my guide, was very nice and helped me get the figure collection. Only Chopper was missing because the zoo is closed on Tuesdays, but she took me to the One Piece store to get it.
