All the staff were excellent and attentive. I went with my mother, and since her legs aren't good, there was a floating walkway from the boat to the shore. The staff helped my mother on and off the boat and guided her all the way to the shore, for which I am truly grateful. The day's itinerary was well-arranged, making it a very pleasant day.

I appreciated the tour content, the quality of the staff, and especially their attentiveness. However, apart from myself and two Westerners, making a total of three participants, everyone else on the tour was part of a Chinese group, and despite it being a long tour, most had children. It was a storm of Chinese noise all day, with children running around and the assigned seats in chaos. The guide's explanations were also in Chinese, using a handheld microphone. I am grateful that they individually explained things to me in English, perhaps seeing my discomfort. Rainbow Tour was a tour company aimed at Chinese customers. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I think it would be good for those who like or are interested in Chinese people. This time, it was very disappointing for me. Personally, I felt that next time I would research more before joining another tour. Finally, the driver who provided the transfer was very friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel very good.

This company is cooperating with another company called Rainbow. They cater more for the Chinese tourist. The guides were mostly speaking in Chinese using their megaphone speakers. It was so loud and annoying. They didn't bother to translate whatever they were saying into English, despite being told to do so twice. They just nodded and smirked. It left 6 of us non-Chinese speaking tourists feeling frustrated. Finally, we had to escalate the issue to the management. The moment we entered the waiting area, it sounded like a wet market. Chinese tourists always have a sense of FOMO. Not being racist here. They just are. We had just arrived and were helping ourselves to some water when a Chinese guy rushed in front of us to get the last 2 slices of bread. So rude. Maybe they should provide options during booking such as: 1. Chinese-only package or 2. English-speaking-only package The price is very expensive and it doesn't include the activities at Coral Island. I wish they were clear about this in their details. I found a cheaper option on Klook that includes the activities and goes to Coral and Racha Island. The only thing is that it doesn't include the sunset. I chose this package for the sunset. But I felt we got cheated. We didn't get to see the sunset over the waters. The Rainbow people brought us back 30 minutes early. I was very, very disappointed with this. Very, very sad as well since it was our anniversary trip. Other tour groups from different companies got to see the sunset over the sea and they came 40 minutes later than us. The Rainbow people were rushing us for everything and gave us less time than the timing mentioned in the itinerary. Also, while on Coral Island, the option for snorkeling was there. However, no snorkeling gear was given. This was also not mentioned in the details. The island is just as crowded and dirty as the other islands in Phuket. And everywhere these tour groups are using their speakers and talking in Chinese for the Chinese tourists. It basically had a wet market vibe rather than a calm, chill beach vibe. The water activities are expensive and not worth it. Racha Island was beautiful. The sand was nice and clean. But they gave us only 30 minutes there. Snorkeling there was a waste of time. They use soap water for the slides. Since there were many boats there, it made the visibility poor. And these guides feed the fish to attract them to the surface. Even then, there were not many fish. Be careful when booking Thailand Island Hopping packages. This was the second time we were disappointed.

Warm hospitality, excellent service, very satisfied with the itinerary, high-quality food, and beautiful attractions. Highly recommended!
