The best part of this trip is the guide! Dennis was our tour guide! The tour started very early and it was -8 degrees! It was so cold, but he still managed to spread positive energy and made the tour really enjoyable for everyone! He was sooooooo funny! He made everyone laugh and also shared with us the history of Seoul! The most fun activity of the tour is the ice sled! You get a certain time, approximately just over an hour, and you get to take pictures at a photo spot, then go unlimited rounds on the sled! That was so much fun! The others weren't as fun for me, but overall, it was a great tour! The guide was my favorite part! It's always important to have a tour guide that has a lot of energy, especially when the crowd is feeling cold and tired! Good job, Dennis! Thumbs up!! 10 stars!!!!!

This tour is definitely one for the books. We really enjoyed the trip, especially the snow sledding and biking at Sanjong Lake over the frozen lake. We really love it! It makes our first winter trip very special. But more than the views and all, we really appreciate our tour guide, the sexy Paul from Team Paul. :) Kidding aside, he’s one of the best tour guides we’ve ever encountered. He’s jolly, accommodating, and he makes sure that everyone is doing okay. We really appreciate him. Thanks, Paul, for this wonderful trip! :)

We had a blast in our Romantic Winter Tour with Julie as our tour guide. She was cheerful, genuinely kind and very knowledgeable! She made efforts to lift up our mood since early morning and throughout the day. She made it fun and shared many info to us! We enjoyed the tour itself. It offered scenic view throughout the journey from the Ice Valley, Frozen Lake in Sanjeong, suspension bridge and Herb Island. It was great experiences!

My trip changed from 4/1 to 3/1 due to some maintenance reason. Our tour leader Dennis is a fun and friendly person who helped us throughout our entire day trip in Pocheon. He made the journey enjoyable and stress-free by taking good care of us and sharing helpful information along the way. His positive attitude and sense of humor really made a difference and kept everyone in a great mood. Thanks to Dennis, our day trip was smooth, memorable, and full of laughter. We truly had so much fun and would highly recommend him!

We had a wonderful time on the Pink Sand Tour! The views were beautiful, the pink sand was amazing, and the whole experience was relaxing and memorable. We also loved the Baegun Ice Valley experience—ice sledding was so much fun! Highly recommended! And Paul is the sexiest tour guide! Haha 😆

Our tour guide, Paul, was very friendly and funny. He significantly enhanced the experience with his hospitality. Regarding the tour itself, I believe the pacing was good for each stop, lasting about an hour or so. The chosen locations were also close enough that it didn't feel like a dreadful, long day tour with a lot of time spent on the bus. It was a well-planned tour, and the guide was even better. The whole family had a lot of fun.

I had a great time, although I think the first stop was mainly for kids and slightly overrated. We just loved the sledding. PLK Dennis was well prepared. He managed to answer all our questions before the tour. The lunch was a buffet but not Muslim-friendly, but Dennis managed to direct us to convenience stores like 7-11. He managed to engage with the tourists well. The whole trip was enjoyable. Thanks, Dennis.

Julie, now our new friend, is a very hands-on tour guide. Never in my life have I encountered a tour guide who knew all of our names throughout the entire tour. She is very organized; she explains things concisely and is always on time. And she's always checking on the tour participants! She's very observant and always asks if we're okay! She's very energetic from beginning to end. Furthermore, she's very accommodating with questions, and we learned a lot beyond the scope of our tour. The tour is new, and there are many opportunities for development and improvement; but Julie made the experience 200% better. Her positive energy is so contagious! You can see her passion for this job. She's also a good photographer, so trust her if she suggests going to a spot to take some pictures. Ultimately, she has a clear vision of what she wants to be as a tour guide, which directly reflects in her work. For the tour, we were rerouted to a liquor factory due to soaring temperatures, which forced the frozen lake with the duck facility to close before our event. They said the frozen portion of the lake was too thin. Nevertheless, we got unlimited liquor tasting and learned about many brands. There were a lot of liquors to taste—red wine-like, champagne-like, makgeolli, vodka-like—with free snacks. We got to take home one makgeolli as a souvenir. There's not much to do in Baegan Valley, but the sledding is so much fun!!! Definitely try the sledding, it's worth it! The pink sand on Herb Island is a bit underwhelming in size; you need to use some tricks to make it Instagram-worthy. There's a cafe near the pink sand where you can just relax and pass the time. A relatively challenging uphill walk is required to reach the pink sand area, but there's a truck you can ride that will take you to the top. Nevertheless, the tour is fair for its price. The tour highlights more of the simplicity of Korean life in the outskirts, which we found peaceful and enjoyable.

Julie is the best tour guide we ever had here in South Korea. Very accommodating, helpful, and kind. She knows when you need someone to take your photos ☺️ My husband and I are looking forward for our next visit here in SK. We pray for a good future for you and your son.
