We waited for a while, but you could tell the staff were doing their best to manage the crowd, trying to ensure all customers were making some progress, so we didn't feel neglected. Remember to add on a photographer when you get there; they are amazing at taking photos and you don't even need to think of poses yourself. We originally chose the last time slot and were worried we wouldn't have time to take photos after changing, but the photographer finished quickly in just one hour, without cutting any corners. They captured every single Instagram-worthy pose, plus many atmospheric shots, totaling over 200 photos. This experience was truly excellent.

We finished around 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM, and even that early, the sun was already quite strong. So I suggest staying hydrated and bringing a bag where you can easily access and put back items like a mini-fan, water, a handkerchief, or make-up for touch-ups between shoots.
