The quality of the ski wear and equipment is excellent. It's convenient that they deliver to the hotel, and they contact you the day before. I missed the meeting time because I saw their message late at night (something needed to be allowed on WhatsApp to receive messages), but they still delivered early the next morning. For returns, you can just leave them at the hotel, and they will pick them up. Considering the prices in Niseko, it doesn't seem that expensive since they also provide helmets and goggles. I only brought my ski gloves in advance.

The ski equipment is of high quality, in excellent condition, and the ski boots are comfortable and easy to put on. Communication was good. Highly recommended.

The equipment crew was fantastic. They were really nice and very helpful. They dropped off the equipment at our lodge the night before our trip and checked to confirm everything fit well. They even picked it up at our lodge when we were done with our trip. All the equipment was in great condition as well. We had a screw fall out of one of our bindings, but they met us at our location at the base of the mountain within 30 minutes to replace it. It was a great experience, highly recommend!

It was very convenient to use the lift ticket by simply scanning the barcode at the lift ticket kiosk. It even had my name printed on it, which made it feel like a souvenir. Haha. It seems like a good idea to check the time slots carefully and make a reservation.

Including ski equipment rental, the total exceeds HKD 1,000. The place is very large and suitable for expert skiers. It is not recommended for beginners.

I paid a little less than other places, received the voucher, and entered Niseko. I got the lift pass issued at a kiosk inside the Grand Hirafu lift ticket sales office by entering the barcode. There was no waiting line, and it only took a few seconds to get it issued, which was great. I used it well and returned safely.

I used the Niseko Grand Hirafu + Hanazono lift ticket at an affordable price. It was unclear whether the lift ticket issuance fee was included and whether I could continuously recharge and use the same card.

You receive a barcode, scan it, and then your lift ticket comes out. It's great! I'll probably do it this way again next time. I had a comfortable and fun time.
