Overall it was a great experience! The Pinatubo Mountainero group were proactive in reaching out to us and coordinating with the tour. They were a delight! Our chosen pick up point was in SM Clark. The experience was fun, the food was good. We’ll definitely comeback!

It's an activity worth enjoying at least once. We rode a quad bike (for about 30 minutes) quite a way up, then enjoyed the hot springs (we stayed for about 1 hour and 30 minutes), had a volcanic ash steam bath (15 minutes), applied a mud pack, and then had lunch before leaving. We were tired from waking up early, but we enjoyed the first slot before it got crowded.

This was a fun experience. We did the morning session because we weren’t sure how hot it would be. The 4x4 lahar trail through the canyons was super fun, the hot springs, sand and mud spa was super relaxing. The food was good too and the staff was very nice as well.

The tour fee felt a bit high. I think it would be a reasonable price if it were a full-day tour, but since it was a half-day tour, it felt a little expensive. It was a lot of fun driving off-road exhilaratingly in the 4x4. We met at 8 AM, and lunch was before 11 AM, so it would have been better if the time could have been adjusted to a bit later. I thought if we had met at 9 AM or 8:30 AM, we might have had lunch around 12 PM. The lunch buffet had a wide variety and was delicious.
