This product allows booking up to one day in advance, which is very convenient for spontaneous trips to Windsor Castle or for tourists who prefer a hassle-free experience. However, it's not very cost-effective because, while it includes round-trip transportation and Windsor Castle tickets, and the driver provides commentary along the way and escorts us to the entrance to collect tickets and enter, there isn't a true guide to lead us around and explain things. Additionally, for the meeting point, it's more accurate to refer to the English address!

The meeting point was clearly marked and easy to find. However, the disbanding point was changed on the day, which was relatively inconvenient. The itinerary only had one attraction, suitable for those who enjoy a slow pace. The visit time was about two hours; as the church was closed to the public on that Sunday, we only visited the castle, so the visit time was relatively sufficient. However, if you want more time to explore, understand the history in detail, and take photos, it is recommended to take the train there yourself and stay longer.

Windsor Castle is a must-visit in London. It's gorgeous and perhaps much better than Kensington. A good mix of history and opulent architecture. Would recommend visiting. This could also be part of the tour with Stonehenge and Bath.

The package includes transportation via a nice coach bus, a story-telling bus driver, drop-off at security, and the entry fee into Windsor. Compare the cost to get out to Windsor and a separate entry fee and you’ll see the value here. Do pay attention to the pick up and drop offs - very convenient to the ug stations but some of the tourists were unhappily surprised. Windsor itself is a must-visit. Understandable why it’s a royals’ favorite. This was our last day’s activity - a great way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend.

My visit to Windsor Castle via Klook was a pleasant experience. The grand sights of the castle were truly impressive. The bus ride was comfortable, and the driver, who also served as our guide, was friendly and informative, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the trip.

Overall an excellent tour, however I find it too short to see everything and had to pass up going to the gift shop and doll house since there was just not enough time. we were afraid to be left behind by the bus if we didn’t make it back. Will be great to stretch it by another hour since there is just so much to see!

The activity was great, the itinerary was well-arranged, and the timing was just right. The only issue was that the meeting point was a bit difficult to find. It would be better if there were pictures or clearer instructions.

I booked this tour for my parents, who are over 60 and not very tech-savvy. So I was slightly worried that they might face some issues redeeming the tour, but everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a good and hassle-free experience.
