We brought our 3-year-old son to Hot Snow, and the environment was very safe, allowing him to roll around and tumble freely. The most fun part was definitely the slides; the children could pull their lightweight sleds up the stairs themselves, and there were staff members at the top to assist the little ones. The overall experience was great, especially when combined with other activities on the same floor, such as the climbing area. Both children and adults had a fantastic time.
