The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. 我參加了塞哥維亞和阿維拉的一天團，準時出發，風景很美，有充足的時間參觀和自由活動，導遊紅髮女孩Damara很好，導賞講解很詳盡，西班牙語英語輪流解說，也很照顧團友很盡責任。前幾天我參加過另一間公司的一天團讓我很失望，但這一次參加了big bus給我一個很好的體驗，讓我在西班牙的最後幾天旅程一個好心情！

The bus was comfortable, and our guide, Danny, not only explained things in Spanish but also took the time to explain them again in English for the two of us from Taiwan. He was very attentive to all the group members! (Plus, he looks just like Timothée Chalamet! He's a handsome man!) The itinerary was perfectly arranged, with appropriate time for photos, explanations, and free time. However, the recommended restaurant was just average, so feel free to choose one you like! The scenery along the way was also beautiful! I highly recommend this tour!

This trip is really enjoyable with a great tour guide. I did learn more of the city and the schedule is just perfect. Big applause to Danny, our guide who is extremely passionate. He explained well in English and did a great job showing us around! :) Great trip and will definitely miss the scenery here!

it was a good tour organised by The Big Bus. Ample time to walk to enjoy to sights. even if you fall slightly behind the group, listening to the guides via the in-ear monitor was useful. It was worth it to pay a little extra for admission tax to visit the Alcazar. Interior was beautiful.

The overall arrangement was very suitable, from the meeting point to the itinerary, everything was appropriate, and the timing was quite sufficient. We left Segovia at 5:45 PM, which for a one-day tour, meant we made the most of it. It's definitely much more convenient than going by myself.
