It would be super great to be able to use the same products and I mailed them for it. I was in a hurry after the make up, so I did not ask on the spot 🥹

I chose the Chinese personal color analysis + makeup service, but perhaps their Chinese-speaking staff were unavailable, so it was changed to an English service. If you definitely need Chinese, I recommend confirming with them via WhatsApp after booking on Klook. After the analysis, the analyst will recommend lipsticks suitable for your personal season, let you try them on with a disposable lip brush, and then guide you to the downstairs makeup room to help translate your makeup requests. The makeup artist will do your makeup according to your requests and season, and their technique is very gentle. If an assistant is available, they will also help with your hairstyle.

The Korean teacher and the translator were both very professional, and their explanations were very clear. We could ask questions immediately if we encountered anything we didn't understand. The makeup and color analysis were both superb! 👍

We chose the Color Test and makeup package. The Color Test instructor was excellent, explaining everything in great detail. My friend and I both felt the Color Test was very worthwhile and truly helps you find what suits you. However, the makeup part was not as ideal. First, we had an appointment for makeup after the Color Test at 11 AM, but the previous group was late, causing our makeup session to start late (we confirmed with both the Color Test instructor and the makeup artist that the previous group was late). This made our group wait for an hour without being able to start. After we told the instructor that we had other appointments, she quickly finished with the previous group and started our makeup. As a result, the makeup artist finished our makeup in just 45 minutes, without even applying concealer, and didn't suggest suitable products based on our Color Test results. It felt like the makeup artist was rushed and just did a quick job for us. The Color Test part is highly recommended, but the makeup part can be skipped.

The teachers and translators were also very friendly, and the information they provided was very useful. In addition to recommending suitable cosmetics, they also recommended appropriate clothing colors/patterns.

The translation teacher was delayed in the previous session, so my session started a bit late. The teacher who helped me with the measurements was very professional and happy to answer my various questions. If I have the chance, I'd like to try the makeup service next time!
