The high tea experience at Bay Resort was superb, and the staff were very accommodating. We loved the food! We also didn't have to queue for long at the lantern release as we already had the vouchers. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

The front office brought us to the Restaurant via buggy, which was a short ride away. We had a selection of teas to choose from. The presentation of the afternoon tea set was pretty. The server explained the dishes. I do feel it would be even better if they had a menu card as well, as sometimes I could not catch what they said about the dish. At least I could read what I was about to eat. The lantern release was much later in the evening. It was easy to find the meeting place (it’s near the Japanese Bridge). They gave us a cup of some herbal drink before bringing us to the boat. It was a very enjoyable experience to spend the day and end the day with the lantern release, and it was worth it.

The five-star hotel offers afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. The staff here are also very friendly and polite, and the food is quite abundant. A special shout-out to the restaurant staff who helped us take many beautiful photos; it's highly recommended. For the lantern release, since it's very crowded on Saturdays, booking through Klook allows you to board immediately and enjoy the sunset views right away. We recommend boarding at 6:30 PM to enjoy both the sunset and the night scenery.

Afternoon tea was very interesting. It's a Vietnamese-style high tea, with all local delights given a Western twist, making for a great experience. The lantern release was a little difficult as we struggled to locate the ticket counter to exchange our tickets. Luckily, we had a guide to direct us to the counter. There was a very long wait to get onto the boat, but it was a wonderful and very spiritual experience. It was beautiful to look from the boat at both sides of the river with all the lanterns lighting up the shops. It's a must-do when visiting Hoi An.

The vendor contacted me beforehand to confirm the booking. The vendor was very quick and kind in answering my questions. The high tea was very worth it and we had a lovely time near the river. We had to reschedule the Lantern Activity to another day because it was about to rain during our original schedule. The vendor was so nice in helping us make sure everything went smoothly despite our concern.

Afternoon tea was lovely. The food was small but delicious. Beautiful place. Great service. Amazing views. A truly wonderful experience.

The afternoon tea set was very impressive. One set for 2 persons was served. It included various local desserts. My kids and my wife enjoyed it and had mango juice instead of tea. The old town was close to the hotel, just across the small bridge. We had dinner at a local restaurant close to the town before the lantern boat ride. If you're traveling in the summer season, it's recommended to have tea around 5 PM to enjoy the sunset, as it's too hot outside. Taking the boat around 6 PM was perfect timing as we could enjoy the sunset on the boat and take pictures. After the sunset, walking around was much better as the temperature was much cooler.

You need a long walk before you can reach the boat because vehicles are not allowed to enter the old town. The ticket we booked includes tea at the lantern release and an afternoon tea at the Moiré Hotel. The snacks included were all very delicious and satisfying. Despite the long walk, I would still recommend it.

High tea was great, got to taste authentic Vietnamese cuisine though not so many choices but still the food was delectable but the staff from Moire starting from reception, driver, and the restaurant were very helpful and attentive, they cater to our needs even if were just guests in the restaurant, helped organised transport back to our hotel, that for me was super excellent and good customer service. As for the Latern release it was an advantage to buy it in advance, the process was quick and easy, the cue was not that long and the staff were very accommodating, the experience also is something different but beautiful it was all worth it and I highly recommend.
