C'est un hôtel où l'on peut déposer ses bagages. Bon service. Personnel aimable. Fortement recommandé. L'hôtel dispose d'un joli resto-bar à l'extérieur et nos bagages peuvent y être déposés pendant 24 heures !! La distance à pied de la Gare du Nord à cet hôtel n'est pas si loin. Facile à trouver.

The hotel will store it for you. There wasn't a sign for luggage storage, so it was a bit hard to figure out. They don't give you a claim ticket; instead, you take a photo of your luggage yourself and show that photo when you pick it up.

I didn't know which way to go from Gare du Nord, so I asked a station attendant and managed to get there using a map. "Is this the right place?" I wondered, and then a man, perhaps from the hotel, told me, "Enter and turn left!" At the reception, I showed my QR code, and they took a photo of my luggage before I went inside to store it. I had a lot of luggage, and since I was with a hotel staff member, I don't think it would be stolen, but it's just left there, so don't leave anything valuable! When you go to pick it up, you show the photo and retrieve it yourself. It's convenient and easy, but I'm not sure if it's 100% secure. Well, my luggage was returned safely! So maybe it's more reliable than I thought?

Great staff. Entrance is at St Christopher inn, left side as the from is a bar and the right is private access. say Bonjour for you France newbies and show your voucher. take a photo of your bag when asked as this serves your bag storage ticket. then store it in a private room. Easy Peasy.
