The location was easy to find, very close to Atocha Station, and I was able to deposit my luggage smoothly just by showing the voucher. Collection was also smooth. The staff were friendly, and I felt at ease leaving my luggage with them. Thank you very much.

I left my luggage here and visited Retiro Park and the Reina Sofía Museum, which was very convenient (the Reina Sofía Museum is free from 7 PM, so I used that time. If you reserve a free ticket in advance, you can reduce your waiting time).

Booking was easy, and dropping off my luggage was simple, only requiring my name and passport. However, Atocha Station is large, so I was a bit confused about which exit to take to reach the drop-off point. If I have the opportunity to use this service again, I would like to do so.

Located next to Madrid's Atocha train station, it's a very convenient place for travelers who need to store their luggage during a short stay in the city, and the fees are not expensive. Highly recommended.

You can walk in and book at much cheaper prices than booking on Klook.

On February 6, 2026, we booked and visited the 'Atocha Bike' service through Klook. We received a booking confirmation and even an email notification on the morning of our visit. However, upon arriving at the location, the shop was closed. When we called to inquire, we were informed that "the service is unavailable today due to closure." The staff member also stated that "the booking itself probably wasn't made" and unilaterally ended the call before we could ask further questions. We had successfully booked through Klook and received a confirmation email, so the inability to use the service is a clear service delivery error. This led to our travel plans being completely disrupted, causing significant damage to our entire day's itinerary. We subsequently requested a refund, but Klook has not processed it, citing an inability to contact the vendor. Instead, they are demanding that we, the users, "submit proof of on-site visit on the day." It is highly unfair that despite being the customer who suffered damages due to a service delivery error, we are now required to provide proof and request a refund. This situation is causing severe psychological fatigue. It appears that both Klook and Atocha Bike are evading responsibility in this matter. As service providers, they should clearly acknowledge their mistake, apologize, and process an immediate refund. Furthermore, Klook must conduct thorough prior verification to ensure that service providers are capable of normal operation during the contract and operational management process. This incident has severely damaged the platform's credibility. I have consistently used and trusted Klook for my overseas travels until now, but this incident makes it difficult for me to use Klook in the future. We request prompt action and a responsible response.
