The guide was incredibly kind and kept us entertained with interesting stories in both English and Spanish. The Cliffs of Moher were truly beautiful and magnificent. Galway was a vibrant and charming town. This tour was the most impressive travel course I experienced in Ireland. It would be a shame to only see Dublin city; I highly recommend exploring the natural surroundings. I really wanted to visit the Causeway too, but unfortunately, I couldn't before returning. Anyway, I recommend this tour because the itinerary is similar to other travel agencies, but the price is more affordable. My parents, being seniors, traveled at a slightly lower cost. We departed at 7 AM and arrived back in Dublin around 8 PM. After about two hours of driving in the morning, we stopped at a rest area, but there's no restroom on the bus. Since nearby cafes and shops open at 7 AM, you can't use a restroom near the meeting point before departure. Please make sure to use the restroom at your accommodation before leaving. Thank you for the guide's effort and kindness.

This tour is well worth it. We spent around 2 hours at the Cliffs of Moher and had free time in Galway City. The tour guide was engaging and even recommended places to visit around Dublin.

We finished our trip safely thanks to the best driver. I would particularly like to commend our kind guide, Alvaro. There was no time to get bored because of his rich musical knowledge. I had the best birthday because of you. I got on the bus by myself, but more people congratulated me than anyone else. I was so happy to see the cliffs of Moher in front of me. It was sad to spend such a short time in Galway, but it was fun. It was an unforgettable day :)

Overall, a good trip. The driver and guide were really great and helpful. It's a long drive, but definitely worth it. We had plenty of time to spend at various locations.

You can reach anywhere in Ireland within a day, which is convenient and saves a lot of travel time. There are also guides who provide commentary along the way, allowing you to learn about local information.

We had a very good guide, but the tour itself was poorly planned. In total, we spent more time driving than actually seeing things. However, the Cliffs of Moher view is beautiful; you can see the Atlantic Ocean.

The group booking itinerary at Klook was subcontracted to a local tour group, and all the contacts were not known to all three parties at the same time. I received an email not from Klook notifying me of the change of meeting time and location, and I had to confirm it with Klook's customer service. The trip was delayed by 45 minutes from the beginning, and the return trip was delayed by nearly 3 hours due to vehicle damage in Galway. It was already past 11pm when we returned to Dublin.

very poor service. booked this bus company but when we reached to the departing location as mentioned in the klook page, there were no such bus operating and when we asked the locals over there and they said this bus is english/spanish tour and no longer parking at this area and have to go to different area. this is really messed up and we missed our busses. now they are not refunding my money as if I'm the one did no show up

I had booked a Cliffs of Moher trip and arrived at the pick-up point 30 minutes early. However, my trip was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I contacted support countless times, explaining my issue and asking for a refund, but they were extremely unprofessional. I am still waiting for my refund and any communication from KLOOK.
