The experience on the boat was very enjoyable. The crew member, Chloe, was enthusiastic, chatting with us, offering snacks and drinks, and even invited my boyfriend and me to try pulling lobster traps. Although my trap didn't have any lobsters and it took three tries to hook the cage, it was still a lot of fun! Every seafood dish prepared by the chef was delicious; fresh ingredients truly make a difference. Enjoying a meal while gazing at the azure sea was incredibly satisfying. The captain also took us on a tour of the resort area, giving a brief introduction, and successfully led us to spot dolphins, watching them swim gracefully alongside our boat. However, I am very dissatisfied with the information Klook provided regarding this activity! The start times for the activity were very confusing; the email stated both 10 AM and 11 AM. To avoid missing the activity, we arrived at the meeting point, the boat company's ticket office, at 9:45 AM as instructed. However, Klook never actually specified where the meeting point was; I had to find it on another website. Furthermore, Klook indicated that a guide would take us to the pier to board the boat, but the staff at the ticket center were actually quite unclear about the activity details. They simply told us the pier's location and instructed us to walk to the pier next to the seawater pool. After walking for 5 minutes, we only saw a pirate ship. The staff told us they were not the same company and that our boat should be on the other side. So, we quickly walked for about 10 minutes to the other side. The staff for the dolphin watching boat told us that the pier was indeed the one we had just left, but the boat hadn't arrived yet. So, we walked back to the ticket office to ask, and only then were we told that the activity started at 11 AM. By then, we had already spent an hour walking back and forth along the waterfront. But, the pier location provided by Klook was not even the one we had just visited; it was even further away. Worried that the staff might not be accurate, and with an hour to spare, we treated it as a sightseeing trip and walked to that pier to see for ourselves. It felt like a private pier... Finally, around 10:55 AM, we saw our boat. It was a mix of relief and bitterness; I truly don't know where Klook gets its information from. Very disappointing.

A very enthusiastic and joyful team, every member was very friendly. The process of catching lobsters was very interesting, and all eight dishes were delicious and of a high standard. The grilled lobster was the best meal I had throughout my trip in Western Australia. Due to strong winds and rough seas, the boat couldn't go out to the open ocean, so we just cruised near the pier. However, this gave us some extra time to go inside Ocean Quay to see dolphins. The activity was a bit expensive, but very enjoyable!

Super awesome trip, met a few fellow nice travellers. Crew was tentative, nice and friendly. Caught a huge craw fish for air lunch. Highly recommended trip for outing in Perth. It was a happy Saturday for us. :)

The qualified lobsters were first photographed by the participants, who then enjoyed eight delicious dishes freshly prepared by the chef, accompanied by a continuous supply of fine wine. Overall, it was a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

The crew and captain were very polite, and the lunch on board was very rich and delicious.
