Miyakojima: Experiência de SUP ou canoa na praia, com horários opcionais pela manhã ou à noite (Okinawa)

If you're worried about snorkeling being too cold in Miyakojima during winter, I recommend this tour! You can choose between a canoe and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). I chose SUP because I really wanted to try it after seeing Lee Hyori ride one on "Hyori's Homestay" a while ago. I don't speak English or Japanese, but it was an easy and fun tour where I could follow along just by observing. Balancing on the paddleboard is challenging at first, but you quickly get used to it. Since it was winter, having the beach all to myself felt amazing. I was sad I couldn't take many photos since I was traveling alone, but they continuously took pictures throughout the tour, and even did drone photography. I received the photos and videos via KakaoTalk. When I sent the drone footage to my friends, they all went wild! I think I'll come back with my friends next time.

Coach Kazuma's English is very good, making communication easy. He can simply introduce the techniques for using the equipment and offer tips. Enjoy kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding leisurely in the sea, admiring the sunset, and having a pleasant journey.

It was even more beautiful than I had imagined! The sunset was truly stunning, and I think it will be an unforgettable memory. Our guide (MoMo) was also incredibly kind, which made the entire experience very pleasant! I traveled alone as a backpacker, but I had no trouble at all. There were also many couples, so I think it would be a great experience for anyone, regardless of how they're traveling. I'll definitely come back again! Thank you.

The canoe experience truly exceeded my expectations! Above all, I highly recommend Instructor Mayu! Instructor Mayu led the atmosphere so cheerfully throughout the experience that even first-time canoeists could enjoy it without any tension. Her explanations were kind and witty, allowing us to naturally laugh and enjoy the experience. Most importantly, she took amazing photos. She knew exactly the best spots and compositions, so I was impressed all over again when I looked at the photos after the experience 📸 Honestly, I was so satisfied that I'd give it 100 out of 10 points. Moreover, the weather and location on the day of the experience were perfect. Canoeing on the calm water and enjoying the scenery was pure healing, and it felt like all the conditions aligned perfectly. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to make memories, I truly recommend this experience, and I believe satisfaction is guaranteed, especially with Instructor Mayu!

What was particularly great was that the guide was very fluent in English, allowing us to comfortably understand explanations without the communication difficulties often experienced in Japanese activities. We safely enjoyed both paddleboarding and canoeing, and overall, it was a fun and satisfying time thanks to the friendly and professional guidance. They also took beautiful photos for us, leaving us with great memories! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an English-speaking guide.
