The office for Captain Cook's Dinner Cruise, where you claim your actual ticket, is located directly across from King Street Wharf 1, which is also where the dinner cruise boat is docked. It's quick and easy to claim your ticket; they will simply ask for the confirmation code issued by Klook. Upon boarding, there are assigned seats and tables, and dedicated servers are available to take guests' orders. Each guest is allowed to choose one starter, one entree, and one dessert. They also provide complimentary bread rolls and butter. Drinks are available but are not included in the paid package, so you will need to pay for them when you order. The sail was smooth, and the weather was good. There is also a stop at Circular Quay where other guests boarded. We would definitely recommend trying the dinner cruise with Captain Cook. Good service. Great staff.

We enjoyed this dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour with Captain Cook. Ticket collection was a breeze even as we arrived just about 20 minutes prior to departure. The entree, main and dessert were average for its price but comes with free flow of water, picturesque view on deck and clean toilet. A pro tip is you can disembark at Circular Quay even if you boarded at King Street Wharf!

We boarded the cruise at Darling Harbour. Everything went smoothly. It was a 3-course meal with a view of the sunset. The servers were nice and even sang for me on my birthday. Overall, it was a great experience.

No guided tour, so only one star. The live singing accompaniment created a great atmosphere. It seems that Klook bookings always arrange "non"-window seats, which is a bit of a shame as we couldn't eat and take photos at the same time. However, after eating, remember to go to the deck for photos – the scenery is beautiful! For the Sydney Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise, please note that you need to arrive 30 minutes in advance. Due to traffic issues, we only arrived 10 minutes early, making the redemption process quite tense. The redemption counter is next to the boarding area. It's safer and more secure to redeem your tickets in advance.

I arrived early at Darling Harbour pier and was told to queue quickly, but our seats were already assigned, so it was just a matter of timing and not a big problem. However, large groups of tourists on organized tours might cut in line, delaying your turn, so it's better to be near the front. Having experienced a sunset dinner in Bangkok, I appreciated that here it wasn't a buffet but a menu selection served to our table, which was great for people like us who aren't good at queuing. During the food serving time, it was nice to be able to go out on the deck to take photos or freely move around inside the boat to take pictures. Klook mentioned that not getting a window seat was a pity, but even without paying extra for a window seat, you can still move around, so it was better to spend that money on wine, beer, or drinks. You could also see both sides of the window from your seat. It was a bit disappointing not to see the sunset since it was summer, but walking for about 30 minutes led to the Opera House, allowing us to enjoy the scenery, digest our meal, and then have a beer at a bar in the Opera House while watching the Harbour Bridge sunset, which was absolutely fantastic.

The food was better than expected. For the appetizer, I chose the smoked salmon salad, the main course was roasted chicken breast, and for dessert, a chocolate tart. The journey was beautiful all the way, offering views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge at dusk, sunset, and at night, which was absolutely stunning. It's an excellent choice for a sightseeing cruise 👍

The sunset cruise was highly professional. Voucher redemption was easy. The boat is in good condition and the staff courteous. Food was a mixed bag but largely okay.

The experience was great, but the arrival time was inaccurate. We had to leave earlier than stated, and I wish this had been indicated in the instructions so we could have planned our meals and drinks better. Nonetheless, this activity is a must-try, especially with their top-tier dishes.
