It's quick and easy to claim your ticket; they will simply ask for the confirmation code issued by Klook. Upon boarding, there are assigned seats and tables, and dedicated servers are available to take guests' orders. Each guest is allowed to choose one starter, one entree, and one dessert. They also provide complimentary bread rolls and butter. Drinks are available but are not included in the paid package, so you will need to pay for them when you order. The sail was smooth, and the weather was good. There is also a stop at Circular Quay where other guests boarded. We would definitely recommend trying the dinner cruise with Captain Cook. Amazing cruise experience, we went with my husband for his birthday, staff are very friendly and food are very quick to serve. We had a memorable birthday experience where each birthday celebrant was able to be greeted and sing along.

The cruise was a bit too short! There were many more people due to Vivid Sydney! I participated in the sunset dinner cruise, and I recommend arriving at the designated location before 4:30 PM. I was told to queue at King Street Wharf Pier 1. The email reminder didn't mention that you need to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass nearby. Otherwise, you won't be able to board the ship with just the voucher. The cruise was only an hour and a half long, and by the time we reached Circular Quay, half the time was gone. I suggest that after you board and sit down, you go to the stern to take photos. When the ship departs, food will be served, so I recommend eating quickly so you can go back to the stern for more photos. During Vivid Sydney, the lights turn on at 6:00 PM, so on the return trip from Circular Quay, you absolutely must go and take pictures!

The sunset cruise was highly professional. Voucher redemption was easy. The boat is in good condition and the staff courteous. Food was a mixed bag but largely okay.

Our waitress wasn't very friendly, but luckily others came to serve us too. The view was stunning! We created very impressive memories on this trip.

It seems that Klook bookings always arrange "non"-window seats, which is a bit of a shame as we couldn't eat and take photos at the same time. However, after eating, remember to go to the deck for photos – the scenery is beautiful! For the Sydney Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise, please note that you need to arrive 30 minutes in advance. Due to traffic issues, we only arrived 10 minutes early, making the redemption process quite tense. The redemption counter is next to the boarding area. It's safer and more secure to redeem your tickets in advance.

It was a bit pricey, but I really enjoyed it. The food wasn't exactly gourmet, but considering it's a cruise experience, it wasn't bad at all. The course is said to be about 2 hours, but if you factor in the stop at the intermediate port, it's actually about 1 hour and 20 minutes. However, being able to see Sydney's beautiful sea with the sunset made it satisfying. I went with my mother, and she loved it, which made me very happy.

The experience was great, but the arrival time was inaccurate. We had to leave earlier than stated, and I wish this had been indicated in the instructions so we could have planned our meals and drinks better. Nonetheless, this activity is a must-try, especially with their top-tier dishes.
