I had a great time with my one day tour. It really a lot of convenience and a feel of safety to have a guide especially for a non familiar place. The tour guide is very nice and knows a lot about history. Every place we go, he provides valuable information about it. I would highly recommend their service.

Ashish (guide) and Nonigopal (driver) were both excellent and experienced. They were flexible to include alternatives as I had already visited some of the sites. On learning that I had an interest in history and heritage, Ashish also tailored the itinerary to include more cultural and historical options.

This is a very worthwhile trip, taking you to many major attractions in Kolkata as well as places that are not easily accessible to tourists. The guide is very professional and friendly, highly recommended.

The guide was basically clueless; he didn't know the itinerary and kept asking where I wanted to go. Additionally, once we arrived at each location, he was not familiar with the place and just walked around with me, offering no explanation or information. It seemed like it was his first time at these places. Deep disappointment, unfortunately, I have limited time to spend, and the tour was very disappointing.
