Before taking a flight, I booked a hair wash here. It included a 90-minute facial massage, which was quite comfortable. However, most Vietnamese hair washes seem to use fingernails rather than fingertips. It wasn't painful, but it was a little unusual. Overall, it was still good.😌

I received a more impressive service than I expected. It has a different charm from body massages. In particular, the various services for exfoliating the face were very satisfying.

Second visit, disappointed. I was urged by a separate email to move up my reservation time, so I arrived 30 minutes early as quickly as possible, but the service wasn't ready, and I had to wait 30 minutes to receive it. The service itself was done carelessly with one hand, and then I was asked to leave a good review, so I have no choice but to leave a bad one.

我有按預約時間到達的，但職員好像沒有我的預約記錄，我跟職員說我已經在klook付款了，但他好像不知道，需要聯絡中心負責人，但最後該職員也協助我完成整個按摩過程。按摩過程是滿意的。但而結束這個活動後，klook又發電郵給我，說我沒有按時出席該活動。我覺得klook與主辦單位安排混亂，於安排過程體驗不佳，令客戶與中心職員都十分尷尬

The facilities are outdated, and it's not a massage chair as shown in the picture. The staff couldn't communicate in English at all and were extremely impatient when we used a translation device. We were a group of 4, but there were only two staff members in the shop. They immediately called two external helpers, which led to a very long waiting time. The service quality was very poor and completely unprofessional. They served us what appeared to be pre-drunk plain water. During the hair wash, they scratched my head aggressively with their nails, sprayed water haphazardly, and got water in my ears. After washing, my hair felt very greasy and sticky, clearly not clean. I deeply regret and am disappointed about why I bought this shop's product through Klook. I have always trusted Klook and frequently purchase your products. This time was truly unlucky and a very bad experience. I hope other customers will avoid patronizing this place.
