Adoramos o passeio e até mesmo a ordem do roteiro foi perfeitamente planejada. Vale ressaltar que o guia turístico não domina perfeitamente o inglês, mas tem a capacidade e fez o esforço de se comunicar adequadamente o tempo todo, sendo muito comunicativo e extremamente simpático. Sabe todos os fatos e curiosidades sobre o local e ficou feliz em responder a quaisquer perguntas. Continuava fazendo paradas para hidratação e idas ao banheiro.

We had the pleasure of having Yuki for our tour around Hiroshima. From the beginning, communication with Yuki was amazing and she was waiting for us on arrival from the train. We had a lovely time exploring and hearing the history from Yuki and also enjoyed a lovely lunch together for Okonomiyaki - Yuki was also amazing and very patient with our energetic toddler! Couldn’t recommend the tour more highly!

Masa, our guide met me at the hotel and off I went on the most informative, accessible and interesting tour of my whole trip. The guide was exceptional, she covered all my questions and shared some local insights. The 4 hours fly by in the blink of an eye. this was a most interesting tour covering the horrific events of August 1945 and also seeing the Castle and finishing up in the beautiful japanese garden. if you only have time for one tour in hiroshima, make it this one. you cannot go wrong. Great tour, so much to learn about Hiroshima. The tour guide Yoshiko made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. Also heled us with public transportation (as we are elderly). Overall a great tour and we will surely recommend.

Our tour guide, Masa, was absolutely incredible. Right from the moment we booked, she contacted us and checked all our details and preferences. She was a very knowledgeable guide, living in the area and knowing the history. Her English was fantastic and she had a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Masa was very understanding of our Neve and accommodating of our preferences for what we wanted to experience. She came equipped with more information about the area and pictures in a folder and have already organised tickets at the museum so we did not have to wait. Thank you for a wonderful day and we will never forget this experience. 🙏❤️

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Yoshiko, in Hiroshima. Her English is excellent, and she shared so much interesting history and local insight throughout the tour. Yoshiko has a wonderful sense of humor that made the experience both educational and entertaining. We truly enjoyed every moment, highly recommend her to anyone visiting Hiroshima!

We booked this tour as a last minute decision and were so happy that we did. Masa was an excellent local tour guide who was communicative from the start and was flexible around our own preferences. She also took us to places we didn’t know, and also helped us plan for the rest of our day (after the tour). In the Peace Museum, she gave us extra information (including from her own family perspectives) and was kind when we found ourselves emotional at the compelling and powerful stories of tragedy and resilience. Amazing museum, a must see. Thanks again to Masa. You made our Hiroshima experience wonderful!
