Jantar de Buffet de Frutos do Mar no Novotel Nha Trang

The food is delicious and varied; it's impossible to try all the dishes in one visit. I will come back when I have the opportunity to visit Nha Trang.

As soon as we entered, we were kindly guided upstairs to the second floor. It was great to enjoy not only the unlimited seafood buffet but also two lobsters, unlimited beer, and unlimited food. Its proximity to our accommodation was a bonus, and being right in front of the beach was very convenient.

I was able to use KLOOK coupons for a good deal. As a side note, if you book directly on the web, you get a 30% discount, so it's worth considering when KLOOK has coupon promotions. I had a reservation at 6:30 PM on a weekday, so there was only one other customer. I got a nice table by the window. It would have been great if they had wine and other drinks besides beer. They do have soft drinks, but they are served in bottles or cans, not from a dispenser, which is inconvenient if you just want a small amount. The lobster was small but sufficient. It would be difficult to try all the other dishes. For a Japanese person, the sashimi and sushi were not good. The meat from the live kitchen was lean, but reasonably tasty. The lobster was also reasonably good, but the shrimp from the live kitchen was better. They had most of Nha Trang's famous dishes, but I couldn't eat them all. What was unexpected was the fried wonton noodles. The noodles weren't great, but the broth, pork, and fried wontons were delicious. The quality of each dish was decent, but personally, the taste was very hit-or-miss. The desserts were also extremely hit-or-miss. Surprisingly, the ice cream seemed to be made with good ingredients and was delicious. I enjoyed making a parfait with coconut ice cream and fruit. The lack of hot drinks like coffee was a downside for dessert after the meal.

This menu feels like a hotel breakfast moved to the evening. It offers unlimited beer and drinks, tteokbokki, and a chef who cooks a few items like banh xeo, grilled skewers, and mini squid. There are also three types of ice cream. It's held on the 2nd floor of NOVATEL, which is used for breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and always smiling.

The food is okay, the service is good, and it's worth the price paid.

This buffet restaurant is a place you'll want to visit in Nha Trang to enjoy all-you-can-eat seafood. You can also enjoy the sea view right in front, and it's a reasonably good value for unlimited seafood, beer, and drinks.

I went on a Sunday evening. It was mostly local families, and there were also two birthday celebrations. The staff was very nice and courteous. The food offerings were indeed limited but appropriate for the amount paid. I didn’t get the lobster. The sashimi tuna and salmon were good.

J'ai passé un très bon moment et j'ai bien dîné. J'ai adoré être placée près de la fenêtre et non dans un coin, car j'étais seule. Même s'il faisait nuit, c'est toujours agréable d'avoir une vue sur la rue et d'observer les gens en mangeant. Le personnel est attentif et rapide pour débarrasser les assiettes vides et proposer des boissons ou des recharges.

We were able to enjoy the buffet at a lower price than if we had booked directly at the hotel. The grilled shrimp and shellfish were especially delicious. Perhaps because it was a busy time, the food sometimes ran out, but it was replenished if we waited. The all-you-can-drink beer was also included, which made it a great value.

The dinner was delicious, the ambiance was good, and the staff were enthusiastic. I will definitely come back to dine many more times if I have the chance.
