Allen was well spoken and clear. He’s Beijing native and the temple was his playground during his childhood so he knows all the good spot to take pictures and even helped us to take some amazing shots. He explained the history and was very engaging. Thank you Allen 🙏

The tour was good. Our tour guide Tim was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He gave us in-depth and interesting information on the Temple of Heaven. He was also patient and assisted us with our queries. Even after the tour ended, he gave us directions and even brought us to the place we wanted to go. A big thank you for his kind assistance! Overall, the tour was very enjoyable.

Nous avons rencontré notre guide à l'heure exacte du rendez-vous, puis nous nous sommes dirigés vers l'entrée. Elle avait tous les billets prêts pour nous et nous avons réussi à éviter une grande partie des longues files d'attente (week-end férié) grâce à son habile gestion. Elle nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur la culture chinoise en général, ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre la plupart des autres visites que nous avons faites par la suite (seuls ou avec d'autres guides). Nous lui avons posé des questions quand nous le souhaitions et ses réponses étaient claires, mais nous aurions aimé un peu plus de détails historiques (dates, anecdotes...). Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir rester plus longtemps seuls après la fin de la visite.

Our guide, Mike, was very professional and friendly. Despite our late arrival, he waited for us and clearly explained details about the brief history of the Temple of Heaven. He was very fluent in English, which made communication easy for us. We enjoyed our tour overall.

I really enjoyed my guide Lucy Yue's historical anecdotes about the Temple of Heaven. She was knowledgeable and spoke well in English. The only thing is that I bought the private transfer 4-hour tour, and 4 hours is too long for just this one location, although I'm sure the timing accounts for traffic conditions. The weather wasn't cooperative either, so we finished the tour faster than anticipated.

I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the service was seamless and professional. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the entire trip enjoyable and informative. The itinerary was well-organized, and we had plenty of time to explore the beautiful Temple of Heaven without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing. Thank you for such an amazing experience and for providing such excellent service! And a little bit TMI, hehe, to be honest, the Temple of Heaven is one of my dream destinations because of an anime I watched called The Apothecary Diaries xD
