This bus is very old and worn out. It needs a good cleaning, and the audio is more than 5 years old! The night tour was very disappointing; we can drive on a freeway at home and see more. Given the cost and the time it takes between stops, it would be better value to take taxis to your desired destinations. We paid for 2 days but skipped the second day due to our disappointment.

The open-top bus offered us fantastic views of the city and valuable information through the audio guide. We also had a choice of where to sit; we could sunbathe on the roof of the open-top bus or sit in the air conditioning to escape the sun!

The Dubai City Sightseeing Bus Pass was an excellent choice for exploring the city. The hop-on-hop-off feature allowed me to visit all the major attractions at my own pace. The buses were comfortable, and the audio guide provided interesting commentary about the landmarks. It was convenient to be able to get on and off at various stops and explore each location thoroughly. The pass also included additional perks, such as discounted entry to some attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information and assistance when needed. Overall, the bus pass made my sightseeing experience in Dubai convenient, informative, and enjoyable.

The frequency can be improved, service was found really slow , plus red route bus stops for few seconds only that sometimes makes it hard to catch if u r just a few steps away. and if it is left from the stop, 30 minutes are wasted waiting for other . sound quality of red line also was not good rest all okay.

When with my mom, shes happy with it. Since its quite hot there,we get to see Dubai from the bus comfortably. The stop is easy to find as well (see picture)
