Guide Kim Min-wook, also known as Baldy Guide, handled everything very smartly and smoothly, considering the local situation and other tour groups, ensuring the tour ran without a hitch. There were no obstacles during the trip, and we efficiently visited all the best spots. I am extremely satisfied and would wholeheartedly trust him as our guide if I bring my parents next time. On December 18th, we went on a Blue Mountains day tour with guide Allan. Even before we departed, he provided detailed background information about Australia, professional knowledge, and interesting news, which gave my husband and son, who knew little about Australia, a great opportunity to learn. He particularly highlighted only the key points, allowing us to enjoy the tour without wasting time or incurring extra costs. In addition to recommending good restaurants and helping with photos using Australian flag props, he thoughtfully arranged for us to board the bus immediately after getting off the cable car, making the 37-degree heat bearable and comfortable until the end. We woke up early in the morning to visit the zoo and the Blue Mountains. It was a time when our small family was meticulously cared for exclusively by ourselves, and we spent it warmly with the children, just like family. The cool breeze swept away the heat. Team Leader Lee Jae-ryeong was so kind and explained everything so well that we had a fun trip. They guided us expertly, avoiding crowded times for other buses, so we traveled without any waiting. We had children with us, and they loved it too!

I planned a day trip to the Blue Mountains during my Sydney visit, and it was great that we could follow the itinerary prepared by guide Min-wook Kim without any waiting.
