It's convenient and quick to access the tour page. We recommend downloading and opening it before entry, otherwise the signal will worsen once you're inside.

It was a great experience, and I'd love to come again next time if I have the time and money. Even in winter, the wait wasn't too long; we got in quickly.

Only rate the audio guide!! Since reception in the Louvre isn't the best, there's no automatic location tracking. This means that because you can move freely (no prescribed tour route), there's no structure, and you don't even know which room you're currently in (not the audio guide's problem, but the Louvre's). The room numbers aren't found in the guide. However, there is a "rough" way to orient yourself through the existing naming of individual sights. Perhaps the room numbers should also be assigned to the sights (button bottom left), then orientation would be easier. The information is great, and the way it's presented is entertaining and interesting!! I would still give a clear recommendation, even if it was a bit bumpy!! Gladly again!! 🥹🥹

The communication is heavy, and my smartphone gets hot. The battery life gets worse. The tour content itself was just right. I was able to efficiently see the main attractions. The map was easy to understand, but some people might get lost. There were instances where it said "not currently on display" but it was, and vice versa.

It was good, but it was hard to find the pictures at first. I think I spent a lot of time there, haha. But once I got used to it, I found them easily! There was also one artwork whose location had changed.

Very convenient, just download and use.

Unfortunately, only 45 points of interest have audio guides, but the explanations are very detailed, history is covered, and the narrator's voice is pleasant. The price is also excellent value for money.

I didn't understand how to use it, so I went around without using it. It's possible that the information sent to me beforehand mentioned it, but this was the first time I had trouble with an overseas booking system, so I think there might have been some lack of clarity.

The guide content is limited to the Denon Wing. Well, it covers the main areas, so it's not bad. It's certainly better to have a guide so you can understand and appreciate the paintings. However, the direction automatically locks during the guide, which confuses my location information. I feel like I'm going to get lost, so the poor usability is a drawback.
