The local guide in Cappadocia was very kind and professional, and every step of the tour was extremely well-designed. The tour method involves continuous travel by car, so it's not tiring. We also visited a jewelry store and a leather shop, which was really interesting. For lunch, we had a Turkish buffet, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to do a day trip from Istanbul to Cappadocia!

Overall, a great day trip to Cappadocia. If you're holidaying in Istanbul and pressed for time, or have limited time to visit other cities, then this trip is for you. You pay a significant amount, but this package will arrange everything for you. Although the arrangements for every transport and transfer could be better, smoother, and more clearly communicated, I still managed to go through the trip without any hiccups, despite my flight to Kayseri being scheduled overly early. It turned out my flight was significantly delayed, and I still made it to join the tour in time. Ali, our tour guide, was also very informative and helpful throughout. Too much time was spent at the merchants (carpet, pottery, and Turkish delight). Other than that, and the price could be better, I'd recommend this to my friends.

It's quite a packed schedule, but if you only have one day for Cappadocia, it's a pretty good option.

The entire tour: The time spent at each tourist spot was very short, and overall it felt quite rushed. It's suitable for those who want a quick experience of Cappadocia. Lunch was at a buffet restaurant exclusively for the tour (the taste was neither good nor bad). The tour involved joining other participants locally. Transportation and tour operation system: The local transportation and the tour content itself were relatively good. However, the management company's response was very poor. Transportation, the tour, and the travel agency were all operated separately with no coordination whatsoever. The overall management system was unclear, and explanations were insufficient. Problems upon arrival: After arriving at Cappadocia Airport, we were taken to an inexplicable place (probably the transportation company's office). From there, we had to wait for further transportation for about an hour. Problems on the way back: After the tour ended, the tour conductor didn't understand "where to drop us off." As a result, we waited for another hour at the same place on the way back. Management company's response: When we inquired, they only said, "Don't worry," "Everything is shared," and "There's no problem." In the end, they even criticized us, asking, "Why are you so worried?" It seemed there was no one or no system in place to grasp and manage the overall situation. Overall review: It's convenient for efficiently visiting the main tourist spots in Cappadocia, but the operational deficiencies and stress were very significant. I felt it would have been cheaper and smoother to arrange it myself.
