Excursão de um dia para Bruges e Ghent

I participated in an English tour. Since I wasn't very good at English, I told the guide, "I'd like to confirm important details directly, such as the reassembly time and place after we split up." The guide then gave me their contact information via a chat app (WhatsApp) and told me to contact them anytime if I had any problems. Also, regarding the reassembly time and place, they repeated it slowly and many times during the general explanation, so even I could understand it. After everyone dispersed, they checked my understanding every time. Explanations during the city walk could be heard through a transceiver, so it was fine even if I walked at the back. However, the English was difficult for me, and I didn't understand much. We had enough free time because we split up after touring the city's symbols with the guide. I'm glad I joined this tour!

The tour operator adhered to pickup and return schedules. Driver was good, tour guide Julia was amazing and helpful, and deserves special mention. As a solo female traveller from the Philippines, I felt safe all throughout the tour even when I didn't know anyone on the bus. Booking the tour was also a breeze. Overall, excellent value for money and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our guide Wendy and driver Daniel are very welcoming and they make the whole trip better. Though I wish we would’ve stayed in Bruges longer cause it is so pretty there but other than that everything is good.

It was a very nice experience, Bruno did very well as a tour guide with plenty of information. He showcased Ghent and Bruges with such passion and even let us see the Atomium very quickly. With breaks in between, and also recommendations for places to eat, it will give you a very wonderful experience.

A visit to Bruges and Ghent is a definite must, and even better when paired up in the same visit. The historical significance of both cities and their flavours were brought out by intentionally visiting Bruges in the day and Ghent at night. Our guide Stefan was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, which really added so much more to the tour. It certainly made the long day seem so much shorter! The use of individual radios during throughout tour definitely engaged its participants as we were able to listen to Stefan's rich commentary as we walked And of course, it helped us to stay together as a group and not get lost! Lots of walking, so be prepared for it (comfortable walking shoes, travel light, etc) and manage energy levels throughout the day, especially if walking with kids (like we did).

Highly recommended. Brugge and Ghent look like places lifted from a fairytale book. Our guide Bruno is very good. He speaks both English and French very well, and his diction and pronunciation are easy to understand.

Brugge and Gent - very beautiful city and lots of historical sites. Boat ride gave us a great view of the city. Our tour guide Stefan was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall good experience and value for money.

Utile si l'on veut aller à Bruges sans avoir à gérer le trafic. Il y a suffisamment de pauses entre les activités, mais pas assez pour prendre un vrai repas assis. Prendre un sandwich ou une pizza est généralement la meilleure option.
