Never miss visiting this place if you have a toddler. They will surely enjoy it. My son told me, "This is really fun, Mama." He can't stop talking about his experiences and keeps asking us to go back. A must-visit indeed, especially for toddlers. Parents will enjoy this place too. 😉

Arrived at the entrance at 2:00 PM. The walk-in waiting time was about 2:30, but if you followed the queue, you could enter immediately. On-site ticket purchase and Klook prices were the same, but paying through Klook while queuing saved time at the counter. Just opening the app and showing the QR code to the staff for scanning was very convenient. At the time, I bought tickets for one adult and one child on Klook. When we got to the entrance, the staff asked if the other adult was entering. I told them only one adult was going in. After the staff gave me stickers and wristbands, I moved aside to process them and realized the staff had given me an extra wristband, so one adult got in for free 😆. The venue wasn't as big as I imagined (it was still big, just not as big as I thought). There were quite a few things to play with inside, including a wooden pellet sandbox, a role-playing area, arcade games, trampolines, football, slides, and more. For the first hour, it wasn't too crowded, but half an hour before we left, the place was packed. If you want to play comfortably, it's best to avoid peak times.

It's an amazing indoor playground with a great variety of activities condensed into a nicely organized area. My son goes crazy here, and we have a fabulous time :)

There was a Mother's Day event that day, and you could get one extra adult admission just by praising them on Facebook. The environment here is quite spacious and clean, and for just over two hundred dollars for an hour of play, it's pretty good value for money. There were also activities for children, and winners received small gifts. Although it can't compare to mainland China, this activity allows children to burn off energy and gives adults an hour of 'me time.' It's worth it.

Buying tickets in advance on Klook allows for convenient and quick entry by simply showing the QR code. However, there were too many walk-in visitors at the entrance, all asking the same question about prices. With only two staff members at the door, it is suggested to add a price display board.

An hour isn't quite enough, but two hours seems a bit too long. A 90-minute plan would be more suitable. An hour passes very quickly, and since it was our first time, we managed to play everything because it's not very big. The children would love to play again!

The venue has just opened, and the facilities are still very new. This new branch is slightly smaller than the Sha Tin New Town Plaza store, but it has higher ceilings and electronic facilities (bouncing, excavators, etc.) that the Sha Tin store does not have. There's a trampoline facility where you can wear Velcro suits and stick to the wall, which is a lot of fun, even adults enjoyed it very much 👍🏻
