I went to a photo studio in Busan for a special experience. Since I had a reservation, I was able to take photos without waiting. It was great that there was a director who could speak Japanese, so there were no communication problems. You can also get makeup done (for an additional fee) and leave behind memorable photos. It's suitable for couples, as well as groups of men or women. Near the studio, there are popular cafes, Soho shops, and various other attractions.

The boss handled everything, the makeup was quick and beautiful; they guided me on poses for the photos, I really liked the results, and I purchased several extra photos.

The boss meticulously applied suitable makeup for me, including eyebrow shaping, contouring, eyelash curling, color matching, highlighting, and more. The service was very professional and efficient! The appearance of the staircase entrance on the first floor has changed, and it took me a long time to find it.

Has my order been cancelled? Actually, my husband used his account to book a passport photo session for me again. When we arrived, we knocked for a long time before she opened the door. She had an appointment that day but only found out when we arrived. She made us wait outside for a bit, then rushed inside. Honestly, I can do this level of makeup myself. This stylist can't do hair at all; it took her ages to do my bangs. Later, seeing it was really bad, I took out other photos for her reference. Honestly, she can't compare to her counterparts in Seoul; it's like night and day. This was a painful lesson! I'm so heartbroken! Such unprofessional service, unprofessional attitude, unprofessional Japanese, and unprofessional skills. I hope she can go to Seoul herself to experience and learn.

Terrible experience! I arrived at 9:00 AM as scheduled, but the store was closed, and there was no answer on the phone. There was no explanation or apology afterward. It's truly outrageous. One of the most anticipated parts of my trip was ruined like this. I don't even want to give one star.
