Upon arrival in Siem Reap in the afternoon of 29 December 2025 I immediately contacted the bike rental operator through their WhatsApp number. I told them that I would like to go to their office and see the City Bikes. After several minutes they replied advising me to cancel and asked for refund since they don't have enough City bikes. I asked again if there're other bikes available aside from City bikes but they didn't replied back. Klook should purge this kind of operators who left paying customers hijacked/stranded from their inadequate service and support. It's almost a scam! Please beware of this Siem Reap Bike rental.
SCAM!!! The agency just sent me a message via WhatsApp 10 minutes before the time to drop off the bicycles, canceling my booking. We were stranded without bicycles and had to look for a different agency. We had to change our plans for the whole day!

The bicycle was delivered to the hotel in the evening. The key for the bicycle lock was left at the lobby. In the morning, you can just cycle out. There's a bit of traffic in the city. Returning the bike was a little chaotic because communication via email caused a misunderstanding. In the end, the key was left at the lobby as before.

After several back-and-forth emails, we missed each other, so I left the key at the lobby for them to pick up as before.
Okay, to put it simply, the bicycle is terrible. The tires, seat, and brakes are all unsatisfactory.

Jangan berharap kondisi sepedanya bagus (tua, berkarat, dan kotor); namun, sepeda itu diantar kepada saya sangat awal, saya mengendarai rute Angkor yang besar sekitar 40 km dalam 3 jam. Saya adalah pria dengan tinggi 190cm dan berat 100kg, dan sepedanya baik-baik saja. Bentuk pohon menutupi sebagian besar rute, jadi tidak sepanas yang saya duga.
