Tour a pé gastronômico pela rua Hue

Really good guide and range of foods at local hotspots. Maybe not suitable for families with young children as there is quite a lot of walking. tried 6 different foods over a 3.5 hour period.

This is a great tour to explore Hue by night and visit food vendors and restaurants all over the city. Our guide Serene was fun, friendly, and passionate about Hue and the cuisine we were eating. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had the best experience. The crunchy pancake and noodle soup are delicious!

We enjoyed our trip and it's always fun to ride the cyclo. Because we are really interested in how and what the dishes are made of, we don't always get the right or enough information about the dishes, especially if English speakers are not fluent. Maybe in the future, the guide can have information about the dishes you are going to taste on his telephone.

If English isn't a problem for you, I highly recommend it! I used it for a cyclo tour. We were the only ones booked for the day, so it was a truly private experience. You can chat with the guide and tell them what you want to eat or what you can't eat, and they'll even guide you to other great restaurants. I booked the cyclo because I was worried about not being able to visit some good restaurants that were a bit far to walk to, and it was an excellent choice! I especially remember the chicken wings and Nem Lui I had in front of Dong Ba Market, and the Banh Khoai & beer!

I used a food tour product that involved riding a cyclo with my parents and child. It was great because we didn't have to walk and riding the cyclo wasn't tiring, and my child enjoyed it. We visited four restaurants, all of which are famous for their delicious food. There were some dishes I wouldn't have known about if it weren't for the tour. However, you get quite full, so it would be good to join the tour on an empty stomach. While riding the cyclo, we stopped at a spot in front of Hue Imperial City, and they even took night view photos for us. The guide's effort was commendable, and they were kind, but the detailed explanations about the food were lacking. They only told us the names of the dishes when we asked. That's why I deducted one star. It would be even better if there were more explanations about the food.
