I booked this tour at 9 PM the night before for an 8 AM pickup and was impressed that the operator quickly confirmed everything via WhatsApp. The Klook listing didn’t provide many details, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our private tour took us to all of Da Nang’s must-see spots, and they were happy to customize the itinerary to match our interests. An did a great job keeping us on schedule, while Trang and Tuan were fun, friendly, and spoke excellent English. We loved learning about their city, culture, and daily life during the ride. If you’re looking for a fun, flexible, and authentic way to explore Da Nang, I highly recommend An ( 5 stars!!), Trang (3 stars!! :-( inside joke and she’s very shy! 5 stars for her too) and Tuan ( 5 stars!!) this tour!

Trang rất hào phóng và cô ấy luôn kể cho tôi nghe nhiều câu chuyện vui về Đà Nẵng. Cô ấy sẵn lòng giải đáp mọi thắc mắc của tôi và đưa tôi đến quán mì ngon, giới thiệu quán cà phê và nhà hàng tốt cho tôi! Chúng tôi đã chụp ảnh tự sướng cùng nhau và có khoảng thời gian vui vẻ đi thăm các địa điểm cùng nhau, rất thích chuyến đi này!

I really enjoyed this tour and it was definitely worth the money. We went to all the spots as per the itinerary, and my guide Cindy was knowledgeable and very personable. My only criticism is the helmet hygiene; the passenger's helmet had a foul smell and left my hair itchy afterwards. This unfortunately left a bad impression after a wonderful tour.

Un grand merci à ma guide en moto Ao Dai, Kim Ngan ! Elle m'a emmenée dans tellement d'endroits, m'a fait goûter de nombreux plats délicieux et a même pris des photos pour moi. Elle était si authentique et a travaillé dur pour m'aider à mieux connaître Da Nang. Si vous voyagez seul, ce genre d'expérience est parfait !

Our guide, Nhi, was amazing! She wasn't just a driver, but also took care of our meals and introduced us to shops in a friendly and fun way. I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely use her again during my stay!

Before the tour, I was anxious as it was my first time riding on the back of a motorcycle at 63 years old, but I'm very grateful for the extremely careful driving. I had no worries during the tour. Riding through the city scenery with the wind on my face was an exhilarating experience that cars can't offer. I deducted one star because, even though it's through a helmet, when we stopped, the sun was scorching! That's due to the climate and not related to the tour, but it might be perfect if there were points where we could cool down. (From my perspective, it wasn't unbearably hot, just very warm.) Our guide, Sasa-san, kindly explained things and took photos at tourist spots, and even took a picture with me, an old man, which made for a great travel memory. With a bus, there's often time spent disbanding and regrouping, but with a motorcycle, there's none of that, so I thought it was perfect for touring the city. Next time I use this service, I'd like to make requests like "I want to go here." It was a lot of fun.

Cindy and Mai Thêu were amazing guides! They were informative about the different places we went to. From hiking up with us in the mountains to sharing a meal with us at the noodle shop, and giving us the best tips as tourists on where to go and answering all our questions. Highly recommend them!

Nhi and Trang provide excellent service. They illustrate our trip in detail, making us understand everything from start to finish. Today marks the end of my last day in Da Nang, and the memories from both Nhi and Trang will always be treasured and warm. Keep up your good work.

Coco, the overall trip was good, but I think the charge would be more reasonable between 800 and 900, about 25% less. Also, there were inconsistencies in the information regarding time, date, and pick-up location, which could easily lead to misunderstandings. For example, this time I wasn't sure whether to wait for the pick-up at the hotel or go to the meeting point to check in. If this part could be reconfirmed clearly before departure, the overall experience would be smoother and travelers would feel more at ease.

Wonderful introductory tour to Da Nang on a motorcycle, and safe riding by Nhi! Recommended for those who has minimal plans made before arrival here.
