It's incredibly convenient. I arrived in Hong Kong in the morning with a full day's itinerary planned. It would be extremely inconvenient to drag a suitcase around everywhere, not to mention carrying it while taking a ferry and climbing stairs. Storing luggage at a locker costs HKD 100 per time. With this service, for less than HKD 200, you can free up your hands. The location is also very convenient; after arriving at Hong Kong Airport, just walk to the left to reach the luggage drop-off counter! My luggage arrived at the hotel even before I did, and there's no need to worry about losing it. This service is truly worth recommending!

It's really convenient, especially when you're exhausted on the last day of your trip. It truly frees up your hands. Having this service really eliminates many itinerary planning issues; you can just get your boarding pass and board the plane. However, the only downside to using this service on the last day is that anything you buy can't be put into your luggage.

Send your luggage directly from the airport to the hotel, and then you can go to Disneyland hands-free and relaxed! We had four 29-inch suitcases, and the delivery fee was cheaper than storing luggage at Disneyland! On average, each person saved about HK$50, and we didn't have to drag our luggage on the MTR when returning from Disneyland at night, exhausted. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've used this service, and it was smooth and hassle-free. They picked up and delivered our luggage on time. The instructions were clear, and they even provided a link to track our luggage. This is located at Hong Kong Terminal 1, on the lower ground floor near the elevator or in front of the McDonald's kiosk.

Since the first stop for the group after arriving is Disneyland, sending luggage directly from the airport to the hotel allows them to travel light and head straight to Disneyland, which is incredibly relaxing and highly recommended.

Koreans, why aren't you using this?! I was worried about what to do with my luggage because I went to Disneyland on the last day and had an early morning flight the next day. I remembered using a service that delivers luggage from the hotel to the airport when traveling in other countries, so I looked for one and found this! There were so few reviews from Koreans that I hesitated a lot, but I was able to safely receive my suitcase at the airport👍 After sharing my situation with SF Express via online consultation, I asked the hotel staff to hand over my luggage to SF Express when they came to pick it up during check-out. Ten minutes after the scheduled pickup time, I received an email notification that the pickup had been made, and I was even given location tracking! I'm writing this review hoping that other Koreans can also travel comfortably🤗🤗

Super convenient! As soon as you leave the airport, you can head straight to eat delicious food, without having to drag all your luggage to the hotel to check in first! Really great.

We highly recommend booking online in advance. This way, you won't have to queue when you arrive, making your trip to Hong Kong hassle-free without dragging your luggage around! Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel that same evening.
