Not easy to redeem as you need to check what is the name of the company. No guide on the bus transfer only a driver. The service needs improvement but the boat workers are friendly, helpful and funny. I think coordination must be well executed.

I received an email confirmation before departure, but it only contained the port location and a photo of the boat. When I was about to board, the crew asked to see the boat ticket (QR code), which everyone else also showed. I told them I had booked a tour, but they said there was no ticket and told me to take the bus. I went to the ticket booth of the same company nearby, and the staff said they didn't understand online ticketing. After much insistence, the crew finally let me board and join the tour after reviewing my email. It was a close call in the end.

You can visit Gozo and Comino Islands at once, which I think is very worthwhile! The travel agency's arrangements were also very systematic. The service attitude was excellent. There was plenty of time to enjoy both islands.

The catamaran reaches Gozo in 45 minutes, where the magnificent Cittadella fortress stands, complementing the narrow, ochre-colored streets and alleys. Comino Island boasts the breathtaking Blue Lagoon, and although it attracts many tourists, it would be a great pity not to jump in and immerse yourself in its turquoise waters.

This was such a great trip and worth every penny! The perfect amount of time for a day trip from Sliema.

Very disappointed with this excursion. We only stayed exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes on Comino Island at the Blue Lagoon. It was very crowded, and we arrived late on the island, but the departure time remained unchanged! A real shame! The crew and people on board were very pleasant, smiling, and kind! However, the quality of the excursion was not up to par.
