Overall, it was a good experience! Sir Bennie and the Freedive Academy team were very accommodating and friendly, making the dive smooth and enjoyable. I just wish I had more time to appreciate the stunning Napaling Reef and witness the sardines fully, but the strong current cut our dive short. Still, I’m happy that the GoPro was already included in the tour, allowing me to capture the experience. It was a great adventure, and I’d love to go back for another try!

Before entering the water, the diving instructor will explain the precautions in detail. There are also Chinese guidelines available. Any problems that arise can be resolved promptly, so there's absolutely no need to worry!

I highly recommend freediving in Bohol!!! Hotel pickup isn't available, so I traveled by tricycle to the center. It's near the Napaling entrance, so it's a bit of a distance from Napaling itself. After confirming my reservation, I went to Napaling, where a local professional diver explained four important points. Even though my English isn't great, they explained slowly and clearly, mixing in some Korean words so I could understand. From the moment I entered the water, I had a 1-on-1 diving experience. It was the perfect experience for me, as I can't swim. I safely and comfortably enjoyed the amazing and beautiful underwater scenery. After the 30-minute experience, they even provided facilities for showering and immediately copied the GoPro video to my phone. I highly recommend it.

It had been a while since I last went on an introductory dive, so I was nervous at first. However, the staff helped ease my tension and explained everything thoroughly, which allowed me to dive with peace of mind. Swimming with such a large school of sardines was an amazing experience.

This is a very good service if you are a total beginner. Otherwise, I would advise seeking a different service. You are given about 30 minutes with lots of pictures.

You can watch the sardine storm. Perhaps due to the rough waves and rain, the water quality was not as clear as expected, but the overall experience was good.

The dive guide was very attentive, the entire service was excellent, and there was a place to shower.

I recommend Bitschwitz to beginners. It's great for those who love water and are intermediate swimmers. The equipment is a bit old. The Napaling Reef itself was uncomfortable due to its disorganized nature.
