The staff was incredibly helpful and are so responsive to phone calls. We arrived past our scheduled time, but they were able to shift us to another slot. The staff were so friendly especially the two ladies .Additionally it was 10/10 because they can speak English too.The first thing they asked when we arrived was if we had transport back to our city. We didn't, but she literally booked our bus back home on her phone.They also took us to the bus terminal. I would do it over and over again. The views and the instructors were so helpful, especially because I was super scared. They helped me calm down .When you are busy with the paragliding process, they talk to you and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this a thousand times. I also got the best video clip.Booked Basic Package.

Unforgettable Paragliding Experience at Cafe Sann! I booked my paragliding experience last minute, and the team at Cafe Sann was incredibly accommodating. Pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, and everything ran so smoothly. Mr. Soo Hyun was exceptionally kind, professional, and made sure I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the flight. The complimentary printed photo and the fun photobooth session afterward were such thoughtful touches — wonderful keepsakes from an amazing day! They even went above and beyond by helping me buy my bus ticket afterward at no extra cost. Truly outstanding service and hospitality. Coming to Danyang and flying with Cafe Sann was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Korea. The views were breathtaking, and the people were so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Korea! 💙

¡Amigos, cuando les digo que esto fue una EXPERIENCIA! Desde el momento en que llegué, ¡el servicio fue absolutamente INCREÍBLE! Todos fueron muy amables, acogedores, pacientes y profesionales. Estaba nerviosa porque, HOLA, estaba a punto de lanzarme de una montaña, pero me hicieron sentir muy cómoda y me animaron todo el tiempo. ¡El servicio de transporte fue un ENORME plus! Me recogieron e hicieron que llegar al lugar de parapente fuera muy fácil. Una vez que estuvimos en el aire, GUAU. Las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. Me encontré simplemente mirando las montañas y pensando en lo bueno que es Dios y lo hermosa que es Su creación. Mi instructor Lee fue INCREÍBLE y se aseguró de que supiera lo que tenía que hacer. Aunque mi reacción natural fue aparentemente DEJAR DE CORRER cuando llegué al borde de la montaña 😂, ¡todo salió perfectamente! Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer mi experiencia tan especial. ¡El servicio, el transporte, la profesionalidad, el ánimo y la experiencia en sí fueron todos un 10/10!

The staff are really good, their service and accomodation to the customers is really good as well and the coffee/food at the coffee shop is also delicious. The Pilot that was assigned to me (Mr. Noh) was really good at his job as well and he go beyond his way by taking great pictures of me. Thank you so much for the great experience Cafe Sann.

My activity was suspended due to bad weather, but they provided me with all the help I needed to stay the night and do the activity the next day. Everyone was so nice and helped me with anything I needed. They made wonderful videos and photos for me. All the staff in the coffee shop and at the paragliding site are so kind. I had a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing paragliding experience! The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel safe from start to finish. The instructors explained everything clearly and helped calm my nerves before takeoff. Once in the air, the views were breathtaking and unforgettable. It was such a smooth and exciting ride, and I’m so glad I tried it. Highly recommend to anyone visiting and looking for an unforgettable adventure!

It was really an amazing experience !! It was so fun and the people who work there were so so nice especially the guy that flew with me and the girl that speak English at reception. Definitely one of the best experience I did in Korea ! I absolutely recommend doing it with them !!

I arrived much earlier than my scheduled pick-up (before you book, check the train timetables), but luckily the driver was already there. We had to wait for more than an hour before we could launch because the fog was so heavy it was like a horror movie (think The Mist, but with nice people around you), and it was still foggy when we jumped, but it was much better, emerging from a foggy cliff to the most beautiful view of Danyang. Everyone was so nice, and the driver even took photos and suggested poses (this could honestly be David Suh's uncle!). I would come back and might even stay for a couple of days.

The staff are incredibly accommodating. We booked the basic course and it was so much fun. We also received many discount vouchers to use at Cafe Sann and to buy souvenirs. Even though we went during winter, we didn't feel any cold during our paragliding because their suits are so warm.

This is my second time paragliding in Danyang, but my first time coming here alone. The people in Danyang never fail to impress; they made us feel comfortable from the moment we started the package. The paragliding process was fast and smooth. The moment you arrive and sign the indemnity form, you're all set to fly. The staff there were all friendly, and I even managed to sit with them and have some conversation. Overall, the experience was good and breathtaking.
