Dominik is a terrific guide. He is friendly, considerate and responsible. I trust he had walked us through the whole KV, showing us all the attractions and highlights. The tour is really worth for money.

Such a great day out! The city is stunning and clean and the springs are an awesome, different experience. You MUST try the thin waffles too! absolutely delicious. Our guide Dominic was fantastic. He showed us so many things, was patient and well informed. Dominic made the trip even better.

It was a fun experience tasting different spring waters and visiting the town! Visiting during Christmas is also an extra bonus as the town is also well decorated.

There were three of us on the tour, including the guide. The guide was Czech, but knowing we were Korean, he greeted us in Korean and was very kind. Contrary to what was written, departure was at 8:30 AM, and arrival in Prague was around 6:00 PM.

We were able to form a group even though we booked the day before. Today, there were only two of us plus the tour leader, making a total of three people. To put it simply, we had a private tour! We arrived at the bus station early and searched for a long time, unsure of the meeting point. We walked around everywhere looking for it. By 7:45 AM, we still didn't know where to wait. We were very nervous. We saw a Karlovy Vary bus, but the bus driver directed us to a different location. Luckily, a tour guide came over and asked if we were part of today's group. In the end, we got on the bus and it took a long time to arrive. However, once we arrived, we had no regrets. The guide explained everything very well. 👍👍👍 We learned a lot and enjoyed a leisurely stroll all day.

Dominic is a very thoughtful tour guide. When we got off the bus and wanted to use the restroom, he was worried we didn't have any Czech crowns, so he directly paid the restroom fee for us with his card. Midway through the tour, he treated us to local spa wafers and patiently explained the local history, architecture, and hot springs. He also gave us flexible time to happily take photos and wander around. When we wanted to treat him to lunch, he was too shy to let us pay. We also asked him to help us with luggage delivery, and he was very willing to assist. It's truly rare to see such an enthusiastic young person, especially among the many indifferent foreigners we encountered on this trip; he was a real gem.

I had a wonderful time on the tour. Everything was well organized, informative, and enjoyable. Hana was very kind and professional, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Hana's tour was excellent and very professional. She contacted us via text message the day before, and even gave us two small bottles of liqueur before the tour ended. She also prepared paper cups for us to taste the hot spring water. Unfortunately, the pricing for this tour was too high, and it didn't include Diana's cable car ticket. The attractions in the hot spring town were too monotonous, failing to highlight the value of the tour and wasting a good guide. Otherwise, we could have just taken the bus there ourselves.
