My husband and I really enjoyed our massages here. There was a language barrier between us and our massage therapists, but it made for a really funny experience that had us all laughing at times. The ladies were so nice and did a wonderful job! This was a very firm massage with deep pressure, and very thorough. We are considering booking another massage here before our trip ends. Highly recommend!

Located within Crystal Mall, which connects to an underpass and underground shopping street, it's easily accessible on foot from both City Hall Station and Euljiro 1-ga Station. The therapists primarily speak Korean, but the treatment is very thorough. The hot stone massage was perfect for the cold season and very relaxing. The receptionist was able to assist in English. Perhaps due to its location, it gives the impression of being more relaxed and accommodating than massage places in the Myeongdong area.

The shop is not inside the hotel, but in a tunnel outside. Fortunately, it wasn't hard to find. The environment is clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The masseuse was very friendly, and even though there was a language barrier, she tried her best to communicate through gestures. Her massage technique was also good; she focused on my sore spots and showed concern for my physical condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with this experience.

The actual price and the price on this site differed by about 2,500 yen, which I thought was a bit high for a fee. As the reviews mentioned, the massage was quite strong, which I really liked. The salon was also clean and pleasant. However, the fee still bothered me, leaving a bad taste.

The ambiance was good, but both the front desk staff and the therapists seemed rushed to finish work. Their actions made guests feel stressed rather than relaxed. The main issue was that the therapist had a cold but didn't wear a mask, and both her body and hands had an unpleasant odor. Honestly, I can't even describe it. Please be more professional, okay?
