Yuan was the most wonderful, kindest, most patient guide with our group! Our day trip to Mount Fuji was definitely a highlight of the trip thanks to her amazing guidance. First, booking was extremely easy - the company messaged me via WhatsApp and I was able to confirm that I needed a larger bus for my group which they were able to accommodate! Then, I was able to easily customize the itinerary and they were so flexible and helpful in planning the day. On the day of the tour, they were there promptly but our group was running late and they waited for us without any problem. The bus itself was very nice spacious and clean. Yuan, our guide, was the best part! She shared so much knowledge with us about Japan and the Mount Fuji area - and most of all she was incredibly patient with our large group (15 total including 5 small children). For lunch she brought us to an amazing tatami-style restaurant that we would have never found in our own. It was so delicious! Everyone really enjoyed. Thank you so much Yuan for making this experience memorable!

The driver spoke Mandarin, understood both Mandarin and Cantonese, was punctual, and drove very smoothly. Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day of departure, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji. The driver suggested adjusting the itinerary due to the rain. The vehicle was new, clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a satisfactory trip.

I messaged the operator beforehand and asked for permission to customize the itinerary, and they said it was okay. The driver arrived early for pickup, was very nice, and drove safely.
