Cost-effective itineraries and routes, and the bonfire party at night is a lot of fun!

It was great; the driver arrived on time at the agreed-upon location to pick us up for our desert excursion.

Riding camels into the desert, watching the sunrise over the dunes, and staying overnight in a Berber camp in the desert are the highlights of this trip. As it's always a group tour, the quality of transportation depends on the local operator's arrangements. Our pick-up vehicle and service were relatively subpar, but this is beyond the customer's control. Some fellow travelers booked their tour in Marrakech and paid significantly less than we did. Overall satisfaction was still very good.

Tour guides Zaki and Dissou were very friendly! Even though I was traveling alone, I was very happy and felt completely safe throughout the entire trip. I had a great time with the other members of the group 😁

I guess you get what you pay for. The initial communications were good regarding meeting time and place. But on the day, we didn't know the name of the tour company. We wasted so much time waiting for other people and connecting vans. The host didn't tell us what was going on. The drive was long with poor air conditioning, uncomfortable seats, and seatbelts that didn't work. The first night's accommodation was good. Beautiful location, helpful staff, etc. The second day's travel was a nightmare with very long times and being in the back of a truck outside in the dust driving through the desert with the luggage for 15 minutes. We were supposed to be dropped off in Fez at 14:00, but this was closer to 18:00. They rely too much on third-party agents who don't communicate. One guide was too aggressive in asking for tips. The camel ride into the desert was great, though, with plenty of time for pictures.
